hamare samashya ka samadhan nahi kar rahe hai to matlab kya hai ham
jankari chahte hai
isliye ap problam ka samdhan karne ki kripa kare kise ko forward na kare
aur hame samdhan ka patra dene ki kripa kare agar samashya ka samdha karna chahte hai to ha /na me turant jabab dene ki
kripa kare karan abedan ki seema hoti hai jo esic depot ...shesh

आपरेसन करवाकर पुनर्भुगतान देयक बिल पास करने के लियें परमीसन पत्र माग रहा हु परन्तु श्रीमान डायरेक्टर ऑफ़ जनरल ESIC हमारे आवेदन को फालतू मन कर किसी प्रकार की कोई कारवाही नहीं किये और न मुझे परमीसन दिए मे परेसान होकर रीवा मप मे प्रायवेट अपनी माता जी का आपरेसन करबा लिए है जिसका मै पुनर्भुगतान देयक बिल पास करने के लियें आवेदन पत्र प्रस्तुत करना चाहता हु तथा श्रीमान रीजनल डायरेक्टर मध्य प्रदेश इंदौर से जारी पत्र क्रमांक/सामान्य /शिकायत/२०१४/९८४४ दिनांक १०/११/२०१४ मै भी संचालनालय ESIC इंदौर ने उल्लेख भी किया है की संचालनालय ESIC HQ अपनी स्तर मे पुनर्भुगतान के लिए विचार करे

के प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल रीवा मे आँख के आप्रेसन मे जो खर्च लगा है उसका पुनर्भुगतान देयक बिल पास करने की कृपा करे तथा विल प्रस्तुत करने का नियम स्थान का उल्लेख लिखित पत्र के मध्य से अविलम्ब करने की कृपा करे जिससे मै पुनर्भुगतान देयक बिल पास करने के लियें आवेदन पत्र प्रस्तुत कर सकू तथा हमारा बिल पास करने की कृपा करे,

In esic kk Nagar head hospital.. they have lost my babies blood samples... And not responding... Asking to take blood test again and again...

On 24th August 2014 I had surgery for appendicitis in Kamineni
Superspeciality Hospital, Hyderabad at Emergency situation (on Sunday, I
have not enough time to get the certificate from ESI & Suffering
with full of pain), They made Laproscopic surgery for it and given bill
45000INR. At that time we borrowed money from others and arranged to
surgery. It was completed successfully. But now we are facing
financially crisis, I tried to Reimburse money from ESI, So I went to
Kukatpally dispensary with all necessary documents & bills etc. to
claim the money, but they are not responding well, they told ESI not
applicable for appendicitis surgery, I went to another dispensaries, ESI
Hospital(Sanath nagar, Hyderabad, ESI office(Prashanth Nagar,
Hyderabad.) to conform it but nobody given clear answer, I am wandering
around ESI regarding this.

No lab reports collection man in work place and he was very irresponsible persons in dispensary

Yes, It is true that in the dispensaries they won't keep proper medicines, always told that out of stock. Still so many dispensaries maintaining stock manually not online yet. It better my humble advise to GOI request to attach all pharmacy services to GENERIC STORES in their twin cities and Lab services to Trust diagnostic centers and Rama krishna math devotees rendering medical services efficiently to the poor people.

My experience sharing in front of you, whenever i got fever, cold & cough, i went to the dispencary for treatment, dispensary 7 KM far from my house, i go to the hospital, and met the doctor for treatment, they wrote me 4 or 5 medicine for treatment, out of five i got 2 or 3 medicine every time and other costly not more that Rs.50 to 100 medicine out of stock, i have to purchase from out side, shortage of medicine, or staff told lies or sold to outsiders i dont know.

i am paying Rs.1340/- per month i did not received medicine below Rs.100/- rupees even one or two time in a year.

i request to the concerned authority, medical shop make computerised, so as to check the stock availability easily, stop the black marketing, and get the medicine to the really needy people.

Dear sir Please be improve @ mehrouli kishan garh esi dispancery has been down server maximum time . i am return back many times without medicion. This is a very bad service of ESI. Regard Brajesh Mehrouli
