This is to inform you that i had purchased a Sony MDR-Q140 Headphones on 23 May 2013, 09:05 PM from SHOPCLUSE (onlineshop) . i made a complaint against the product that the product i received is fully damaged ,when i received the product itself i mailed against the damaged product to the customer support of SHOPCLUSE company. they told me that they will refund the product price as shopcluse bucks into my account , and donot want to return the product as the product is not good for any thing and now its around a month passed away i dnt received the refund. if i mail to the support they will only tell we will respond u soon. Kindly look into this matter seriously and revert with a positive and early reply.Detail is provided u below:
