Eureka Forbes — After taking AMC of RO water purifier not attending complaints

I have given a complain about my RO water purifier on 09th Jul 2025 and the complain was attended by a service engineer on 10th Jul 2025 and done a temporary repair with advice to if problem arise again, then will let him know and he will change some parts. After he left, the same problem arise, then i let him know about this and he assure me to come and rectify with parts but he did not respond. so on 11th Jul 2025 again i booked a complain (Complain No. CM[protected], Till date no one attended the complain i.e 16th Jul 2025. I personally enquired about 10 times with customer care and 5 times with supervisor level but failed. My machine also in AMC with Eureka for 02 years. So please do the repair as soon as possible`
