I ever seen this type of worst service from any service providers. Last 2 months facing lot of issues with Aquagurad Water filters and there is no proper solution from Eureka Forbes even multiple times follow ups.

I have bought a 3 years AMC from Eureka Forbes Ltd on 25/05/2023. And they said that it will cover quarterly cleaning of the water purifier along with yearly free replacement of candles of the same. There will be no service charges for any kind of repair and maintenance. I had purchased the AMC for my Aquaguard water purifier with the expectation of timely filter replacements and regular service. Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts, no service personnel has even been assigned to come to my place. I bought new AQUAGUARD AURA 2XLIFE RO+UV from Eureka Forbes on Mar 3rd, 2025 and the installed, after the day of installation the purifier is not working and the water is not clear. I have raised complaint on the Eureka Forbes app and the complains are not attended at all.

I had placed online order for an Aquaguard purifier on 12Jan and paid the amount. Next day I decided to cancel that order as the prices was reduced and sent notification to their support team as mentioned in their return process steps. Also the item was never delivered and shipment clearly showing as returned to them. It was clealry mentioned in their online site that product has free returns.
