I had purchased an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for my Eureka Forbes water purifier on 14th March 2025 through the official mobile app. However, during the technician's visit, I was informed that my model was outdated and spare parts were unavailable. Raised a complaint on 11th May 2024 on accidental purchase of AMC. The complaint number given by Eureka Forbes is CM[protected]. However, even after multiple follow ups the issue is still open. I am getting same standard response of "Within 24 hours, our respective team will get in touch with you. Your concerns have been escalated to the senior team members for prompt action." after every follow up....

I had placed online order for an Aquaguard purifier on 12Jan and paid the amount. Next day I decided to cancel that order as the prices was reduced and sent notification to their support team as mentioned in their return process steps. Also the item was never delivered and shipment clearly showing as returned to them. It was clealry mentioned in their online site that product has free returns.

I recently renewed AMC of Aquagard Dr. Magna RO + UV water purifier. The technician changed the filters. But the filter started leaking following day. I registered complaint on 191/10/2024. The Eureka forbed technician was supposed to attend the complaint before 24/10/2024. Inspite of repeated calls to the customer care and escalation the technician has not visited till today I.
