I have taken Eureka Forbes Ac on 21 June 2020
It was very good in warranty period and after warranty this gone worst.
Recently on 16th March i have raised a complaint that my AC is not cooling and taken Complaint No.
since 17 march I am continue following This Company Customer care but no response. Putted on twitter, facebook but only DM DM msg.
on Sunday 2 peoples came to my home like je is owner of the Eureka and wothout checking claimed GAS finished, Nitrozen required, Vist Chatrges and repairing cost
2500- Gas
1100- nitrozen
500- Service
etc

I never seen any new Split AC got this type issues in just 1.8 Years.
aI denied them then I got his Head No who claimed he is JAIPUR service head Mr Anil Gupta and he promised to come on MONDAY and i am continue following him but he is most busy guy on th earth not picking my calls.
I am fedduo now with this product and mentally harreshed.
i have madde 10-12 calls to custiomer care but same response, eng will call me soon but its never happen till now.
I cant register on their application that my phone no is not registered as per APP but I can connect with my register no on customer care.
