Above all are closed by EUREKA FORBES without information to me and WITHOUT RESOLUTION.
COMPLAIN DETAILS AS BELOW:
I have purchased AG NRICH in Jan’21 with exchange of my old AG Classic model. At that point of time I have two years AMC left in my machine. For this sales executive has informed that this amount will be adjusted against AMC after warranty period. (AMC for 3 years Rs 4530 paid on 23rd Dec 2019 and on prorate basis Rs 2894/- (Rs 4530/36*23months) is due to me. But your team is saying they can extend the warranty in AG NRICH for 9 months, but it will not cover consumables etc. However, the same is covered if I am purchasing the AMC. So, I have requested Ms Mamuni & Mr Bhajan for the refund of AMC amount to me. After that I have not received any feedback. I have lodged my complain on below dates :
1. 7th May over phone and
2. by login service request on 11th May on your portal vide ref [protected]
3. CEO desk on 11th May complaint no [protected]
4. 21st may [protected]. It’s 20 days and counting for a resolution.
Can you please kindly look into the same arrange for the refund of the amount?
As discussed with Ms. Rita Jana, the same is pending with SALES DEPATMENT CONFIRMATION. I am not sure for how many days I have to wait for the resolution. But I am not satisfied with the answer and it’s going for indefinite time. Was this information helpful? |
