Eureka Forbes — AMC money taken but NO SERVICE in 3 years

I have bought a 3 years AMC from Eureka Forbes Ltd on 25/05/2023. And they said that it will cover quarterly cleaning of the water purifier along with yearly free replacement of candles of the same. There will be no service charges for any kind of repair and maintenance. But unfortunately till now they served only once, then after even my numerous calls to their office and staffs none of them attended my complaint.
The drinking water is a necessary part of our life but their non-response is a big harassment to my family. Hence I request you to kindly take strict action against them. As after charging for AMC they neglected to us.
