We have requested for Aquaguard (which was working and in good condition) re-installation at new home. But Service engineer tried to fix it and water was leaking from the bottom of the machine. He wasnt responding after that and no reply to calls. we have been contacting customer care every day and no engineer visited our home till now; We are on AMC renewal package - still none of them are responding.
