Eureka Forbes — AMC not done but payment has been made after 3months

Already payment for AMC till now showing AMC not done with SMS to mobile,
AMC agent put the filters to my home not replace still in my home after 3months gone and not receive call .
This matter to highlight to your forest park office, Bhubaneswar, Odisha but matter has been not solve or any replay to me . here attach with AMC payment slip, please solve this problem ASAP.
