Eureka Forbes are not providing services even after multiple escalation through various channels. Escalated the matter through whatsapp, Phone, mail but still no service. I have renewed by AMC just 2 months back by paying approx Rs 7000 Annualy. still no services....

I am purchased an AMC from Eureka Forbes for my water purifier and I have booked a service request on 4.7.25 and it was supposed to be attended on the same day between 3 PM to 4 PM but as on date, that is,
