I am writing this email to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the unresolved service complaint I had raised on 24th June, which continues to be ignored. Despite repeated expectations, no technician has contacted us and no follow-up action has been taken.
Furthermore, our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) was due in December, yet no filter changes have been made, and the system is displaying incorrect service...

I am under AMC sliver plan which mentioned slivers are covered for the plan paid 2800 for the plan,
Technician visited the house and said filters are not covered and we paid 3160 for the filters still the water is not coming

I have been using Aqua guard water purifier for past 14 years and I bought AMC on 28th May 25, Next day technician visited. I was told by technician that filters were not available to replace and he placed order. After few days, I informed technician about Broken tab also and got the response that he would place the order for Tab also.

I had purchased AMC from Eureka Forbes site. However, it was revealed that the app only had older model updated and I ended up purchasing AMC on it.

I am lodging a formal complaint regarding the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewal for my water purifier (Model: AQUAGUARD-CRYSTAL-NXT-RO+UV+MTDS), renewed on June 4, 2025. Despite repeated follow-ups, the promised service — specifically the reinstallation of filters — has not been completed.
