Eureka Forbes — AMC policy cancellation and refund

I own a ro water purifier from Eureka forbes- Aquasure Maxima+. My purifier stopped working around 23 October 2022 I called in the technician he told my purifier's pump is not working and I busy the AMC policy my repair and spare parts will be free of cost. I bought the AMC policy online and after buying the AMC when I called the technician he denied that the repair will be free and I will have to pay around ₹3500. I don't want to pay that much money even after buying the AMC policy. I want my full refund back and cancel my AMC policy. I and my family are forced to drink unhealthy water even after owning a ₹15000 water purifier and ₹9500 on top of that for the 2year AMC policy. I am fed up of calling the helpline number for so many times. I want my full refund back.
