Eureka Forbes — amc service booked - required address change for my device - aquaguard reviva nxt ro

Hi team, the Eureka Forbes app interface, website interface/ options for user account and customer service number/ chatbot etc. are all useless when it comes to AMC service delivery or any kind of communication requirement from Eureka forbes' end.

Currently, I purchased AMC Gold service from them but since I am unable to correct my current address of my Aquaguard device with EF app/ website as well as in AMC details. I need immediate service and need- filter change, and this unprofessional behaviour of EF is bothering me much.

Until last year all their services were good and they were very professional. It seems in 2024, EF has become a useless company with zero commitment in their service delivery model.

If this persists, I am sure they will be out of business and our of market soon.

Their owners and promoters are not serious anymore.

Need them to correct their measures and attend to our request.
