Water purifier not working. AMC upto dt. 07.06.24. Complaint lodged CM[protected] on 10.02.24 at 8.36 AM. After many call vendor visited 7.20 PM. Problem not resolved & informed will visit on 11.02024. To another person visited & said filters will be replaced on your cost. Why within 6 month change of filters in my cost, then why AMC. Talked to Ajay Shekhawat [protected], a adamant person not agree to listen to customer. Matter not resolved.

      My AMC was supposed to expire on 8th March 2024, As I will not be available here for 2 months so I requested for advance AMC Renewal and a Service. The service agent named MANAVALAN came on 7th Feb 2024, he took 3200/- for AMC renewal, and did not change the filter. When I asked to change the filter he said it can be done only after 3 days. Now when I am checking in Eureka Forbes app my AMC expiry is still showing on 8th March 2024. I am attaching the Gpay screenshot on which I have paid him 3200/-

        The product broke down multiple times within month of purchase. The product is not in working condition for weeks now and all i get in the customer service calls is a FALSE promise that the product will be fixed within 24 hours. No one has even visited to check teh product till date

          AMC valid until 7th July 2025

          As per the mandated request (25th Jan 2024), technician arrived for the service. Until then product was working fine, but when he opened the product for checking I think he damaged the product and said that there was mother board issue and purifier was not taking power.
          Based on his request, I've raised a complaint again on 27th Jan 2024 and has been raising request through calls and mails on a daily basis, but there has been no update yet and the issue is still persistent.
          I've been denied access to safe drinking water which is a basic necessity for us and I'm spending 85/- on a daily basis from 10 days for purchasing water can, due to their lack of accountability and timely grievance redressal.
          I need my issue to be resolved or need a complete refund of my AMC amount i.e 5650/- or else I'm gonna move the consumer forum against Eureka Forbes

              I have made AMC Gold payment after their promise that they would send the technician on the same day and it includes all the spare parts replace if there is a problem and one time filter replacement. However, once the payment is made I did not see any update from the service provider end. I have made almost 16 calls which is by the way a chargeable call (2.5 paisa per second) and they would put me on hold for more than 48 minutes to connect to their escalation team (this is a very busy team, I now understood from the pathetic service they are providing, there definitely must be multiple customers frustrated). The technician assigned would say I would have fixed the filter if you would not have made the payment to the company, now it requires approvals. And later after multiple calls to the customer care first point of contact, I came to know about the escalation team, the first point of contact always mentioned they are following up, have escalated it and also would say the escalation team is busy, they are having lunch, they are out of their shift. Finally when I successfully reached to escalation team after waiting on the call for 50 minutes, they again put me on hold and spoke to teams, they also mentioned that the issue will be resolved. But nothing happened, I called back again and after telling them I want a refund, they made me talk to a service area leader who said there is no stock present of the filter, which is a shock for me, as nobody informed and Eureka Forbes being such a big company and does not have stock of their own products, also these filters have to be changed every year, this answer does not seem convincing. However I have again waited for another 4 days after the technician has come checked the product. He mentioned there is some problem and he would come back in 2 days once the filter is restocked, After three days waiting, I have called the technician and he mentioned he does not know anything and the stock is not yet come. I have waited for two more days and called the customer service today and they said the service are leader will be calling me in 30 minutes and the issue will be resolved today for sure, and nothing happened. its more than 6 hours since I called them and no update at all. I'm still trying to reach to their escalation team. As a consumer and I can raise a complaint As per Consumer Protection Act'2019, I would like a refund compensation amount for Mental harassment, Time waste, legal expenses etc.

              I need compensation of 4499 + my call charges I have 16 plus times and have waited for almost 50 minutes in the call (2.5 paisa per second) + the water cans I'm buying from outside.

                Hi sir,

                This is Shyzer khan Mohammed, I have bought Aquaguard water purifier.
                Just before 1 year of completion, a red signal on the unit started appearing. I have raised a request with service support and they said it is due to filter replacement is required you need to pay for the AMC, I have paid 4499/- for the AMC. But now they are not responding or replying to my calls.
                It's been 15 days I'm calling them regularly.

                  I have Purchased the water softner C-1200, at the time of purchasing they told me that 3 month no-cost emi for the amount 38990/-.

                  Even though I have asked this is citi bank credit card, they said yes and made me to pay on that day only,

                  After that they told me to convert it to EMI by myself.
                  when I converted. 3000/-- interest is put on me. now they said they will transfer back the interest amount, now they are not picking the call, please help me to get the interest amount back to me. the person involved is giving false commitments, even though i have told, I have other commitments such as school fees, house emi and other stuff, but said, it will be definitely converted to no cost emi in the next day,

                  I was not having any urgency of buying the product, i only agreed to purchase, because it is no cost emi for 3 months.

                  now I have converted to emi, bank has put me interest of 3000..

                  Please help me to get the amount 3000 refunded.

                  Still this issue is not resolved, every day i am following up with sales team and they are telling today .. tomorrow, morning and evening.. they never called me updated me. I only used call them to get the false hope.

                  Please check, why sales person told, it is company mistake and for that employee has to refund to customer, what kind of rules is that, now sales team is saying that its no ones mistake.. why i am made pay the interest, and they say for small amount why are you doing like this.. Sir I request you to get this sloved give justice in this regard

                  I do not know whether it is company mistake not telling the sales team about the citi bank credti cards "no cost EMI"

                  it is sales teams has lied to me to get the deal done.

                  Both Company and sales team are playing with customer like this.

                    I Sunita Rajkumar Gupta ( Customer id [protected] & Serial No[protected] has purchase AMC for 2 years for AG TOTAL ENHANCE RO+UV WP SYSTEM which is valid from ( 28.04.23 to 27.04.25 ).

                    We have booked service request dt 06.01.24 against service no CM[protected] the technician Mr Amol Pawar bearing Mobile no [protected] visited our premises on 12.01.24 & said that machine inner pipeline has to be change as it is blocked & Paid charges Rs 1200/- for the same.

                    After that the machine slowly began to leaked & again we have placed service request on 25.01.24 against service no CM[protected] for leakage of Machine but till today 02.02.24, No technician have visited after repeated request daily. I am buying mineral water which cost me Rs 100/-per day. After paying more than 25% AMC Charges annually of the machine cost, the company is not able to provide service. The above technician daily lies that I will visit the premises today but till today no visit has been done & now disconnecting our call. So please look into the matter urgently & solve the problem & if company can’t provide proper timely service then please give return of my AMC Charges paid by me.

                    Note: After many Escalation of the complaint on your toll free no no action has been taken till today

                      Lvac voice pro

                      We purchased LVAC VOICE PRO in October 2023, which is making a lot of noise since December end, 2023. We raised complaint number CM[protected] on January 3, 2023. This was closed without resolution and without informing us on 17th Jan.

                      Raised another complaint CM[protected] on same day.

                      Followed up with the call center and on email continuously since January 3 till date. They keep on replying that the...

                      We are having three years AMC and Eureka forbes never attend for service without complaining. They collected the money for three years and never bothered about timely cleaning and replacing cartridges. After complaining each time they says that this will not repeat next time and it is continuously happening. We did not expect such a worst service from this company.

I agreed and Gave a cheque of HDFC bank Rs 12805/ and it was encashed on 1/2/2023 in the name of MAMTA sharma For AMC acqua Guard. They gave me a invoice of Rs 11600/ but instead of Total Sensa they adjusted AMC money in Xpert RO which is not with me in jaipur but is in LUCKNOW with my daughter.
                        When asked to DINESH sharma 1st he said mistake of office and assured service will be provided to you. One year they provided service to me. so no problem but now that local agency is closed and acqua guard has given agency to one another one named green aura and they refused to provide AMC service to me.. Why ? As AMC is not for TOTAL sensa.
                        That technician DINESH sharma is working now in green aura. Asked him then he said after 10 yr the model cannot be given AMC.
                        NOW I have two querries
                        1. if Total sensa was not for AMC then why they took money and even if taken cheque then must have returned it back why adjusted in model not with me and is in lucknow.
                        2 Why they provided service for a year?
                        3 Taken a cheque of 12805 but given invoice of 11600 why?
                        Now acqua guard for which money taken either must provide AMC service or return my money.

                            I had taken a 2 years' AMC for my water purifier. I had submitted a service complaint with Eureka on 21 Dec 2023 vide complaint No : CM[protected]. Even after 3 weeks nobody has attended to my complaint. Whenever I call up customer service I get a repeated response "your complaint will be attended as early as possible". Till now I must have made at least 30 calls to Eureka customer service. Drinking water being a basic amenity, Eureka must show some urgency on customer complaint. If Eureka is continuing with such pathetic service standards, I would like to get a refund of my AMC amount. I will buy some other brand.

                            Request Forum's support in escalating the complaint with Eureka and get a resolution or refund of AMC charges.

                              AMC was signed by Eureka Forbes Aug 7 2023 till Aug 6, 2024, the filter stopped working Dec 2023 the technician visited and said its old model cannot be repaired as spare parts not available. As per AMC it should be repaired, i said if you cannot repair kindly refund the balance amt of AMC or repair the filter . nothing is done as of today.i m being tourched so many calls and followup from my side but nothing is done.

                                Product: Wet & Dry Zeal Vacuum Cleaner.
                                Transit Invoice Date: 29 Nov 2023.

                                Tried contacting the customer service for after sales demo to get an idea how to use the product at home; received no solution to my concern.

                                Every time the customer service executive informs that their team will contact me within 4 hours, or they'll visit within 24 hours, but I get no response from them.

                                I have been trying to get a solution for this issue since my product was in warranty, now my product is out of warranty and they are charging me INR 500 + for the demo.

                                  Firstly the product broke down after using it 3 times in period 11 months. As the product was under warranty I raised a complaint hoping for a replacement of the defective product.

                                  The professional visited twice.

                                  In the first visit which was 7 days after the complaint was registered, the professional inspected the product and mentioned that the motor needs to be replaced.
                                  The next visit was after 1 month after 3 escalations on the Eureka Forbes app.
                                  As it took more than a month for the second visit, the warranty got expired because the problem occurred in the 11th month.
                                  Now the professional came with the replacement motor and fixed the new part.
                                  At this stage, the company should have noticed that the complaint was raised during the warranty period and had to provide a pre-approval for the replacement motor. However in this case it was not done. So the professional mentioned that there is no approval for this and removed the newly fixed motor and took it back.
                                  After that there was no update neither from the professional nor the company (on the app).
                                  When reached out to the number on the app or WhatsApp, they mentioned the problem will be looked into at the earliest.
                                  When we try to call the professional who had given his number in case of issues, is not responding properly.

                                  It has been 3 months since the complaint was logged. The complaint is closed from the company twice without the resolution.

                                    I have ordered Eureka Forbes product from Flipkart on 11 November 2023.

                                    On the installation day, I got to know that the product did not suit my requirements. According to engineer, the purifier needs 24 Hours water supply else I have to put a machine which means additional cost. I chose to return the product and have contacted Flipkart executive first. The Flipkart executive cited that product can only be returned with authorised brand seller i.e Eureka Forbes. Hence, I contacted eureka forbes executive at [protected]. I contacted both of them before the valid return period.

                                    However, the issue is not resolved till date and it's been over 2 months now. I followed up with the company repeatedly over mail, customer care, twitter but to no avail. Everytime I reach out, they respond me with same templates - "your issue will be resolved at the earliest".

                                    This is serious harrasment to a customer who has paid the cost in full without availing any benefit from it.
