Hi Sir,

I bought this product with 16000/- cost on 30/06/2015 and warranty came till 29/06/2015.

Till 1 year it worked properly and after that every 1 or 2 months I facing a problem in water purified and ask the money of 300/- every time visit.

Hi

I purchase the AquaGuard water purifiers from snapdeal. after receiving the product raised the installation request(request Number[protected] customer supports team told me like u will get the service with in 24 hours and I awaited for more than 4 working days but yet received any kind of notifications. apart from this I make them call more than 7 time (wastage more than 160 rs. in call).

So I am very unhappy...

I am RAJIMOL A Customer ID – [protected] . We have purchased your Dr Aqua guard Magna UV system on[protected]. One of your sales man Saddam Hussin (code no. 9092256) came to our residence and convinced us that, UV system will suit to us and no need for RO system.
After 2 days o[censored]se we came to know that the purification is not satisfactory which is evident by the yellow colour of cooked rice...

I have order Dr. aquagaurd compact online through http://www.eurekaforbes.com/Product/, but I haven't got the delivery till date, even after writing to aquaguard customer care they are not replying my mail, and also not giving proper answer on the phone about the product delivery status....

last year our company purchase a vacuum cleaner wet and dry now the vacuum cleaner motor carbon bush damage when i contact the service center he inform to me the company not provided the carbon bush if you want to carbon bush you have purchase complete motor .dear sir this is not logical method beacuse my requirment only bush not the motor my motor is ok condition.the carbon bush is special size so not available the markit.so please help...

I had purchase Enhance machine in October 2014...When the service technician came...the machine was fill with cockroach...we request him to please the change the machine immediately..but he said the seal was not proper and he has adjusted with a sealant...next day my son again spot the cockroaches...after I have being only given false promise ...I am horrified by this act of the company, , , , , I shall sent pictures to all our whats up and...

I tried all sources to find out to lodge a written complaint on poor service but no one is ready to give proper mail address. They gave [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. I had purchased Enhanced RO water purifier on 11-Oct-2013 with the exchange of my old Riviva RO purifier. The sales person told the cost for Enhanced RO water purifier is Rs. 15990/- and I will get Rs. 2000/- deduction for exchanging my old water purifier and I had to pay Rs. 14000/- nett and I can also reimburse entire AMC cost of the old water purifier (AMC for 2 years was renewed on 14-May-2013 for Rs.7430/-).
