last year our company purchase a vacuum cleaner wet and dry now the vacuum cleaner motor carbon bush damage when i contact the service center he inform to me the company not provided the carbon bush if you want to carbon bush you have purchase complete motor .dear sir this is not logical method beacuse my requirment only bush not the motor my motor is ok condition.the carbon bush is special size so not available the markit.so please help...

Eurekaforbes cleverly designed their website to avoid any written complaint receipt. I tried all sources to find out to lodge a written complaint on poor service but no one is ready to give proper mail address. They gave [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. I had purchased Enhanced RO water purifier on 11-Oct-2013 with the exchange of my old Riviva RO purifier. The sales person told the cost for Enhanced RO water purifier is Rs. 15990/- and I will get Rs. 2000/- deduction for exchanging my old water purifier and I had to pay Rs. 14000/- nett and I can also reimburse entire AMC cost of the old water purifier (AMC for 2 years was renewed on 14-May-2013 for Rs.7430/-). Not attending complaint under AMC of water purifier. Everytime new date is been given for service but the matter remain unattended. Very Poor Service of very high repuated company like eureka forbes in pune.

WE HAVE A AQUA GUARD MODEL NO. ST - 2000. ALL ALONG WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE PRODUCT. I too bought the Aquagaurd Total RO Water purifier a couple of years back and they charged me 3000 rupees for the candle last year. We had taken an AMC for our Aquaguard for two years. I understand the person who was doing the service till last year, has resigned and no body has come in his place to do the service for our Aquaguard Water Purifier this year. The AMC is valid till June 2010. The last service was due in June 2009 which has not been done so far....
