The company representatives made me buy an AMC when I wanted to replace my water filter at the start of December 2025. Since then I have called them multiple times to escalate my service request to replace the water filters, to no avail. Its been 2 months and each time they say they are going to look at it and the service request is still pending.
On top of this every time I call them the next day I get a call from someone probably more regional, each time they say they are unable to hear me and hang up the call. This happened twice, where I can hear them crystal clear and its not a network issue. Sure it can happen once but the same exact thing happening with a month in between is definitely shady. I have since asked for a refund and cancellation of the AMC, to which they simply said AMC is non-refundable, while they know they couldn't serve a single service request for over 2 months.
Looking at the rest of the complaints in the forum, I do not know what to expect from here. I have also lodged a complaint in the consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
