I am having Eureka Forbe's Dr Aqua Guard water purifier. I have AMC with them. I lodged a complaint for this purifier with the Customer Care of Eureka Forbes, on 19.11.2025. Since the complaint was not attended, I called Customer Care every day. The complaint was escalated every day, but complaint has not been attended till today, ie, 10.12.2025.

Hi,

I am writing to raise my concern where I had bought their water purifier worth 20K. First machine was faulty, got replaced. Replacement was also faulty, which was taken away as well.

Now they have taken machine and also my money. As per their sales and service people, they have a policy of no refund.

How more pathetic can someone be....

Your agent Jaipal Rawat has defrauded me. I paid for the AMC, and since then, there has been zero accountability, zero response, and zero action on the replacement of the filter. This is absolutely unacceptable.
