Machine not working. Technician came over 3 weeks ago and said he would come back with parts. No response from them inspite of various reminders....

Had registered my complaint on 22 Jan 2024 regarding breakdown with complaint number CM[protected]. After 15-20 calls in customer care and escalation department as produ is under AMC..till today nothing has been done. Whenever we call they say part is not available will be arranged in 2-3 days we will change. But it's been month we are only becoming fools. After taking AMC this is the way they do fraud. Water is not coming from the Aquaguard Geneus Water Purifier and representative of the company said that it will be repaired only after AMC is renewed. My AMC is going to expire on 26th of February 2024 and as on today it is valid.

I have made AMC Gold payment after their promise that they would send the technician on the same day and it includes all the spare parts replace if there is a problem and one time filter replacement. However, once the payment is made I did not see any update from the service provider end. This is Shyzer khan Mohammed, I have bought Aquaguard water purifier.
Just before 1 year of completion, a red signal on the unit started appearing. I have raised a request with service support and they said it is due to filter replacement is required you need to pay for the AMC, I have paid 4499/- for the AMC. But now they are not responding or replying to my calls.
