This is in reference to my AMC purchase CUSTOMER ID [protected]. Last year I purchased your device but due to Defective product returned. I was getting AMC renewal massage and by mistake I initiated payment for AMC amount to Rs. 5699 on 9th novenber 2025. today your service engineer visited and mentioned device is different not Eureka forbes machine. On 7th Dec 2025, i initiated grievance cell complaint in eureka forbes but revert till date. for reference invoice attached. Request you to refund my amount as soon as possible through the same UPI mode of payment initiated.
