Please refer to your invoice cum contract receipt no.[protected] dated[protected] issued to mr. Chittaranjan v n, annur, payyanur for aquaguard classic (Water purifier) for an amount of rs. 4045.00. The service contract will be valid for the period from[protected] to[protected].

It is submitted after hasting payment for the amc your service division hasn't taken fervency even to change the filter so far.in spite of repeated beggaries through helpline no. [protected] no attempt on the life of your service department has been taken.

If the service not feasible to do as per the terms & conditions i may please be permitted to embark further line of conduct.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Your Trivandrum Division enquired the matter well and advised that one technician will visit my abode to solve the issue within two days. As such next day one guy over phone has expressed his inconvenience to provide service. Because he hasn't stock filter for aqua guard classic water purifier. In such a situation what would a helpless customer of you to do ? Please advice further line of conduct.
