Eureka Forbes — Aqua Guard Blaze Insta RO + UV .... / No one came for the free service even after 18 months after purchase

Dear Sir /Madam. About 16 months ago, one of your officers cam to my home and sold me a new Water Purifer ( Aquaguard blaze Insta ). He tod me he wold register the product by himself. But unfortunately to mention, that none of your service personnels came here and did the free service for it.

It was a brand new one purchased in August 20024. Now the taste of the water has completely changed and your immediate attention is required for it. Is it still on warranty ?
