Eureka Forbes — Aqua guard water purifier service complaint

I have been using Aqua guard water purifier for past 14 years and I bought AMC on 28th May 25, Next day technician visited. I was told by technician that filters were not available to replace and he placed order. After few days, I informed technician about Broken tab also and got the response that he would place the order for Tab also.

its bee nearly 40 days since I raised the complaint, neither filter nor tab replaced till now. I never seen such a worst company.
