Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard Aspire Designo UTC RO+UV 2X

Dear Sir,
We have purchased the RO this year in March26. On 18th April26, it has created " NO WATER" problem. We filed a service complaint no CM[protected]. The status of the complaint is still " Professional Assigned ".

Kindly help us to return our full money with the Penalty for customer hassessment.

Dear Sir,
Now the company is saying we have to pay for the Parts and Warranty is not on the parts, If we agree only them they will send the Technician.

Kindly resolve at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
Only some carbon was there in the Pipe for which I had to wait for 10 days for the Technician to come and say NOW IT IS WORKING.

Please resolve the issue by gettign me Refund of the Product Price along with my expenses done to sustain Water Shortage,
