Facts of the Case:
The complainant purchased an Aquaguard Astor RO+UV+MTDS water purifier and enrolled in a Genuine AMC – Platinum plan.

AMC Validity: October 29, 2023 – October 28, 2026
The purifier became completely non-functional on November 13, 2025.
Despite raising a complaint with Eureka Forbes, no service personnel attended and the issue remains unresolved.
This constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, as the AMC terms guarantee service support.
Reliefs Sought
The complainant respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Commission may be pleased to:
Direct Eureka Forbes Ltd. to repair/replace the purifier immediately under AMC terms.
Award compensation for mental agony and inconvenience caused due to lack of safe drinking water.
Award costs incurred for alternate water arrangements since November 13, 2025.
