Eureka Forbes — aquaguard classic + filter not received

I have booked gold amc for Aquaguard classic and paid 2209/- Rs online on Thursday 3rd october.The Guy i talked while booking promised to deliver it in by 24 hours, but 5 days has passed no one has come for installation yet.Invoice no is[protected], customer code is 60035970.please resolve this issue ASAP.
