Hi Team,

Four days back we had faced issue in our Aquaguard RO enhance machine, Machine stopped working at night and required urgent repair, Pure water was required for our guest and small kids at that time. I have gone through internet and search for aquaguard service. Please check the attachment for same. I got one mobile number in the internet next to www.eurekaforbes.com. I had called to the person and asked for service,
He promised me same day service and replacement of any material in machine. I had also asked for his authenticity weather he is valid employee or not. which he confirmed that he is working there for 5 + year. He sent two person who showed me issue with my RO filter and which will cost 2095 rs. Due to emergency i have asked them to change it as i was required filter. Even i have verified there ID card which was from Aquaguard. Same verified by my Apartment guard, Person fixed the problem with new RO filter and charged 2500 including service charge . When i asked for bill he took my email ID and told then you will be getting soft and hard copy of bill. LG service also did the same in past so i payed him the amount,

Issue found after two days when filter again stopped working and i called customer care and the same guy. That guy started making excuses that he is in native and so on, I called to the service number also which was on internet and asked his name (Kumar prashad ) Not sure if its correct [protected]. That guy suddenly put the blame to his manager and said i foreword your request to my manager . Suddenly he also stopped responding.

Today i checked with one of my known service boy and he found the RO filter was fake Aquagrand and issue was with internal wiring.

My Question is why Such a big company allowing fraud product in market. and Why people are coming with fake name and ID to fix the issue. I have been cheated due to bad management of aquaguard in ground level and in capability to stop fraud in there name.

Why they are allowing fraud product to use in market and how many of people like me cheated because of brand name.

I would like to get response from Eureka Forbes in this serious issue, As its defaming the reputation and trust of customer,

I have also raised complain on Consumer Forum Docket :-44477 and will take legal action if my issue is not resolved.
