I had complained about the aquaguard water purifier, magna, purchased last year, and taken the amc 2 months back. Since taking the amc, the machine is not working properly.
I filed a complaint of non-working of the machine on 26th sept.16, complaint no. [protected] and was promised that the same will be attended within 48 hrs. I have since been following on every day but till now no one has attended the complaint.
I was sent the name and mobile number of mr pawan vishwakarma, mobile - [protected] to attend the complaint, but he never picks the call.
Today morning i was given the name and number of mr rohit vedak, mob. [protected] to escalate the complaint, but his number has been either busy or does not pick the call. After trying for 6 hrs, i could talk to him now at 4.38 pm, but the call was disconnected without giving any concrete answer.
I want some responsible person in eureka forbes to attend to my complaint. Get the machine corrected and refund the amount i paid for amc.
