Sales Person Mr. Kavimani had visited (after lot of hinderance to visit) and indicated that he will ensure to deliver the Water Purifier on 18 Sep 2016 by 02:00 PM. He also confirmed before taking the order (ensured swiping of Credit Card to secure the order) that no slippages will happen and free gift and coupon will be provided during delivery. Post that I have been following up and till 19 Sep 2016, there is no update on the delivery of the product.

Issue has been escalated to his manager Mr. Harinath Reddy who promised to ensure that the product will get delivered today at any cost by 07:00 PM. However, no responses to the calls made to him in the evening.

Customer Complaint has been lodged vide No. 96882385 and no response from any of the Customer Service Manager except the call attendee apologising for the delay in service.

First time experienced such worst incident and no one owns to resolve. Please have right point of contact with customer in order to get repeat orders.

    On 29th august 2016 i received an sms from eureka forbes that informing that mandatory service of my aquaguard was due in oct 2016. And on 12 sept 2016 i received another sms stating that aquaguard gwpdaflow has been completed by techniciazn mr alok kanhaiya singh. I am very very sorry to inform that nobody till date turned up for servicing the machine.

    I am surprised how a company of your stature has been cheating the customer by not carrying out servicing at prescribed intervals even though you have taken the money for amc.

    Please arrange to send a technician at the earliest to change the filter, carbon candle etc. And also to carry out proper servicing of the machine installed at my house for which amc has already been taken. My mobile no. Is [protected].

    Please treat this matter as urgent and do the needful at the earliest.

      The brand new water purifier dr. Aquaguard classic uv, [protected]. The unit not getting switched on from last seven days. Till date19.09.2016 no action from your service department.

      The dual filter is having problem, the water was coming very slow
      Very sorry to inform that after so many repeated mails and calls to your office and regional office, kannur, kerala state no action from last seven days.

      Three weeks back technician came and he serviced the unit and after that the unit has became silent.

      From the day of installation on 27th jan 2016 this unit is giving trouble.
      Unit sl no is 6071760, installed on 27.01.2016, customer name: sapna ravindran, pullambil road, manjodi, thalassery, kannur dist, kerala.

      Three months back the unit got off during working, then they replaced the entire circuit board. The unit is defective needs replacement. Please treat this as urgent.

But it couldn't i m requesting from 9 sept. 2016 to till now.everyday when i m calling they insured me to work today. But they never do so.           Purchase on 5th Feb 2016

          1) The Unit stop working on 14th-Sept-2016 (no power), i logged a complaint on same day and engineer visited and told that 2 parts are not working. It seems that they know PCB is always faulty. Engineer says that power adopter and PCB is faulty and left for the day. I down know how he diagnose the issue.
          2) Next day 15th-Sept-2016, they part will arrive two evening but no response.
          3) Next day 16th-Sept-2016, same reply. Then i asked for the Standby unit. Engineer came and bypass some circuit and with same adopter it starts working.
          The engineer did some arrangement to make the unit work. Now the unit is now working properly, the water in the tank gets overflows, unit is not properly reassembled.

          And till now no response from service center. Also they are saying that the part won't cover under warranty.
          What should i do??

          Now the complaint has been resolved. Yesterday[protected], the engineer has replaced the part (without charging any amount). But he left with one problem, front panel is not getting fit in the unit properly ( this issue is not interfering with water supply), i hope that problem should also be solved.

          It took 7 days to resolve the issue. First 3 days we don't have water to drink (For the purpose we are getting tap water to boiled).
          I hope in future the service will be improved, at-least standby unit should be provided to customers.
          It's been three weeks of my complaint about the leakage of the tap and cleaning the filter but have not get any service till yet. I have AMC with eureka forbs.

            I have register many complains for Eureka Forbes but i got poor response from company last one month my water purifier is faulty but not responding one technician came and done some thing but prodct run only one day after that he was fauty please take necessary action on same or replace my product or return my bill.

              I beg all people that not to buy any aqua guard product. there will not be a good service and product that you expect.

              i bought new Dr.aqua guard i.e. Magna HD RO+UV, the technician done product installation and we were instructed that unit light will blink continuously till the tank is filled and will get stopped once tank is filled with filtered water.

              the shocking was that 70 liters of water came out as reject water for 6 liters filtered water..

              then i logged a complaint about this issue. the very next three days engineer came and changed the water valve. this became another issue of producing noise and continuous blinking of light with sudden power off's and giving 10 liters of reject water for 5 liter filtered water..

                I have called so many times times in customer care for service issue but nobody ever attended my problem .current complain no[protected] .recently i renewed my amc for aquaguard ...i experience to this company is very pathetic .i have called the person who renewed my amc but he never recevied my phone.He is a fraud one ..at the time purchase and amc he talked like very near n dear one but at the of resolving problem he disapper.through this platform i want to showcase my genuine problem plz solve it as soon as possible.

                  I Have purchased the aquaguard genius which is underwarranty & suddenly on 02/09/2016 the machine stopped automatically. And i raised the complaint on the same day (02/09/2016) the complaint no. is 89023283. And the cce told that the service engineer will visit my place within 48hrs. But no one turned up even after 3days. I called back the customer care then gave fake commitments saying today tomorrow. Finally after becoming rude in call they sent a person called manjunath on 8th or 9th sep.
                  He reached the place on time after checking the machine he said that there is an issue with an chip and it should be replaced & he said he ll get it replaced within 1day he gave his office phone number and left the place. even after 2days no one turned up then i called a person named sumithra on the given no. she said stock is not available and she took a person named vinay on concall even he promised me he will get it replaced by 13th as stocks is not available. TODAY IS 16TH OF SEP AND STILL NOTHING AS HAPPENED. BOTH THE PERSONS NAMED ABOVE ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON THE GIVEN NO.

                  IF I HAD KNOWN ABOUT THIS KIND OF SERVICE I WOULD HAVE NOT AT ALL PURCHASED THIS PURIFIER

                  I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM EUREKHA FORBES.
                  AND I WILL ALSO TELL MY CIRCLE NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY.

                    Eureka Forbes Executive Sudhakar Reddy([protected]) has collected Rs 500/- (Eureka Forbes Receipt No : 033993, Door No : 47-10-1, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam - 530016, TEL : 2553010) for supplying Aeroguard Purifier SCPR 700 on 09-Aug for an discounted price of Rs 18, 000/- (MRP Rs.25, 000/-).

                    Initially I was not interested on this product. But somehow he convinced me saying that if I can pay Rs 500/- as advance, he will get some amount as commission from company for booing the product. And also he promised that the advance amount will be returned back in 2days if not interested.

                    After taking the advance he never turned back to deliver the item. After 3 days when I called him for the delivery he replied saying that the product cannot be delivered to that agreed price and now I have to pay Rs.25, 000/- for delivering the product.

                    I was surprised to hear this and informed that I am not interested and told him to return back the advance Rs.500/- paid to them as agreed. Atleast I called him for 15 times and even sent 4 messages for returning the amount. He is not bothered...

                    Why Eureka Forbes is recruiting such a Fraud Executives like Sudhakar Reddy damaging the image of the company. Such type of fraud executives to be severely punished... I am using Eureka Forbes water purifier (Dr. Aquaguard) purchased last year thru online. That time I have not faced such type of issues..

                    I request the concerned to please look into the matter and help me in returning the paid advance of Rs.500/-.

                      I just thought of sharing my very bad experience in my life from this company

                      I have been cheated by Aquaguard by replacing very old filter by technician.I trusted in them and continued using filter for months .My small kid was getting continous dysentery and I never suspected for water problems. I stopped giving milk and tried changed food for her and problem continued.

                      Finally I thought of calling aquagurad technican and when he inspected he found that water purification is not happening.
                      When i saw the filter it was manufactured in 2012.I bought aquaguard system in 2014 only.Finally I realised that I was cheated by old techician who replaced the filter.

                      I raised a complaint against techinican but sorry to say that no action has been taken on this complant and he is still continuing in the company.

                      Then I send a mail to their ceo marzin and Suresh on this and no reply.Send multiple reminders as well.

                      This is a common complaint which I can see from many forums and this cheating process is still continuing.

                      This is a serious issue which is even life threatening to consumers.This can be very well prevented by active involvement of senior managers and informing/educating consumers through SMS.But nothing happenedd so far on my complaint even after 4 months and thought of sharing this to open forum.Technicians are always collecting the old filters with them when they come for replacments and using it somewhere else if it is partially working

                      So my suggestion to all is not to purchase the product from this company unless this common issue is resolved by senior management..I still think that their product is good but there is no value to customers once product is purchased

                        I am not sure if this feedback will work, because I have provided a feedback earlier as well and nothing has improved. I thought of giving another chance to Eureka Forbes before I go to the consumer courts.
                        The Eureka Forbes's Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a big fraud and the main intention is to black-mail the customers by purposefully stopping the working of Aquasure-RO-water-filter and make the customers sign the service contract. I was literally forced to pay INR 4, 650 to the agent on 13th September 2016 even though I didn't want to sign any contract.
                        On 13th September, the service-man, visited my house for the last service of AMC which was ending on 15th September 2016. On arrival, without even opening the machine, he directly declared that the filters have to be replaced and the AMC had to be renewed. Since, I was working from home, I told him that I am busy for the day and asked him to perform the regular service and leave. On this he told me that if you don’t sign the contract today, the cost will go up from INR 4, 600 to INR 5, 250. I agreed and still persisted that he complete routine service and leave. He literally forced me 4-5 times that I pay him up and sign the contract. While I kept on saying that he perform the routine service and leave.
                        Then he opened the machine for the routine service and called me to show that one of the filters is totally damaged. I told him that the machine was working perfectly fine, till he opened it. Even if the filter is damaged please complete the service. Later he spoke on phone with someone for a long time. Sometime later, he called me again to tell that only few drops of water will be available because another small filter is also damaged. I told him again that the machine was working perfectly fine, till he opened it and now he is saying that it won’t work at all. He told me that, he can mantle the machine again, but I won’t get any water. I was left with no choice to tell him to put new filters and pay him INR 4, 650 for new contract. It is very clear from here that the person black-mailed me for INR 4, 650; otherwise I wouldn’t have the machine running again and hence no water to drink.
                        The same person has visited my house 3-4 times last year. The regular services done by Eureka Forbes are a mere ‘time-pass’. He does nothing and within 3 minutes of entering the house he asks for a signature saying that the servicing is done. Basis our previous experience of service, It is me who tells the service man that he has not done any cleaning, nor he has touched the filters, etc. This is so frustrating.
                        When we signed the contract last year, I was forced to take an additional external filter worth INR 1, 000. They told me that the machine wouldn’t work until the additional external filter is installed. I had to literally debate with the people that till the time I signed your AMC no such filter was required, how come a new filter is required after signing an AMC? The serviceman visited the house later and removed a bubble stuck in the system and machine started working fine without the external filter worth INR 1, 000. It is very clear that the Eureka Forbes wanted to extract another INR 1000 from me in this case.
                        Even the process of deciding the AMC charges and changing the filters is very fishy and non-transparent. My model doesn't appear anywhere on the list, where AMC charges are mentioned. Manjunath charged me some random amount and gave me some random discount and literally forced me to sign the electronic gadget without giving me complete understanding of what I was doing. The entire process was very fishy and I could sense the person is lying to me.

                        Also, the electronic gadget forcefully gives the rating to 3, which I was not comfortable with. (I wanted to change it, but couldn't - as the service-man was standing on me).
                        I had a very good image about Eureka Forbes earlier however, this experience has left me think that Eureka Forbes is a big fraud company, simply cheating/looting/black-mailing its customers. I have been using multiple service contract for many of my electronic goods. I have been using Eureka-Forbes (Aqua-Sure) products for 10 years. While I was in Pune, I had a service contract for the Aqua-sure equipment from a private service provider called ‘Arya’, the services provided by them were simply unparalleled in terms of transparency, integrity and business ethics. I have experienced service for Haier washing machine as well. Eureka Forbes need to learn servicing standards from ‘Haier’ and the private providers like ‘Arya’.
                        I expect to hear from the office by Saturday, 17th September 2016 in written explanation to this feedback. Failing which, I would be forced to take this issue with the consumer courts.

                          Complaint No. / Request No. [protected] dtd 6th Sept'16.
                          After vigorous following with 3-4 different agency numbers, none of the agency is bothered to attend the complain. Technician Mr. Rajesh Kesarkar (+91 [protected]) supposed to attend the complaint but when we were trying to reach him, his phone was switched off and when we could get in touch with him on 8th/9th Sept'16, he informed to me that, he is out of station for Ganesha festival & can't attend the complain & asked to contact Mr. Sameer, i guess, his boss.

                          Mr. Sameer has diverted call to Mr. Vinay Jadhav & further he diverted to Akhand Pratap Singh and then further he asked to contact service station in Mulund (E) because he doesn't service in Mulund East area.

                          Tried to call regional office[protected] for more than 30-40times but never got thro' and finally y'day evening spoke to Ganesh Mahadik, who has promised to resolve the matter today before 2pm but still there is no one attended the complaint.

                          It was completely causal approach by all the relevant people, however now I am going to take this matter thro' the legal opinion to Consumer forum.

                          For such an essential matter, there is no serious response from Eureka Forbes and matter will be handle now differently because my families health is more important than that of the approach & attitude of responsible people at Eureka Forbes.

                          I purchased AQUAGUARD INVISIPURE RO WATER PURIFIER last year and recently renewed the AMC for 12months. Last week one of lower container of water purifier got cracked and suddenly entire water start leaking on the floor. I complained to the customer care and raised online complaint, and after so many follow ups finally after 4days one of the technician came to my house. He said that body broke due to pressure of water flow, i would like to understand is that a design issue as its really not convincing to RO body cracked due to water pressure. However I asked him to replace the container and get new one from store for which he said will take 4more days, however I am still waiting. Today again I see another container broke from bottom, and I would like to ask Eureka why this is happening. Also when we as consumer trust on the brand seeing such thing will actually made us think that have we purchased a right product. With this incident definitely I will never ever going to buy any Eureka products in future. Also I would request company to take corrective action and help me getting this fixed.

                            I purchased aquaguard classic+booster pump water purifier online through Eureka forbes site by booking the item on 12/08/16 and received the delivery on 20/08/16.Since then only once the engineer came to install but had not done his job under techincal issue and assured he will be back in 2-3days with the piping to install it.Since then NO one has came.All the procedure to contact with eureka forbes is done from my side nad always gets reply of sorry for the inconvience and updation in the system.But till date the instrument is lyng idle in my home without installation.
                            Also the free watch gift is yet to get delivered.
                            i am very much dis-appointed with the quality of service and find no one concern about the reputation of your organisation.

I opted eureka as one of best company but my assumptions were wrong, it proved by providing pathetic, worst, negligent services and i am facing problem for drinking water. Kindly provide service asap and attend your valuable customer or else eureka may loose identity and existence in indian market because false promises will not make customers happy.

                                    On 12.09.2016, your Mr.Bino Thomas of your Kochi Office came to my house and started servicing my aqua guard equipment. On all previous occassions, before coming for service I used to be telephoned in advance regarding servicie. After servicing, he prepared a receipt and demanded Rs.3880 for 3-year service contract. Actually this issue of service contract was pending my reuest to renew it at the old rate of Rs.3300 and your customer service department was yet to reply to me on the issue. It is not fair and justice to have done the service and demanded payment during pendancy of a case. I should have been given advance information about his visit and cost of service contract. This was not done. This is unfair and unjust. Hence I request you to cancel that contract and refund me the entire amount received from me.

                                    Regarding the same issue, I telephoned your no.[protected]today morning and one Mr...raj attended the call. After preliminary talk, I narrated to him the issue and he refused to respond to my complaint. I tried saying hello, hello, hello ... several times, he did not respond. This is not what is expected of a customer service official.

                                      I have purchased largest size model of Eureka Forbes air purifier Dr Aeroguard SCPR700 model. It stopped working after 2 months, thereafter I have been calling the salmon, their call centre, registering complaint over phone and email and on website. Now they are not picking my call (likely blocked my mobile). my set is still under warranty. Such a cheating case this is!!! Please do not buy Eureka Forbes products ever!!! PLEASE. Additional note: I was a salesman with Eureka Forbes 25 years back and can tell you for sure what their work culture is. Shun Eureka Forbes and buy anything else or just donate the money, do not waste in making this useless company wealthy.
