On 12.09.2016, your Mr.Bino Thomas of your Kochi Office came to my house and started servicing my aqua guard equipment. On all previous occassions, before coming for service I used to be telephoned in advance regarding servicie. After servicing, he prepared a receipt and demanded Rs.3880 for 3-year service contract. Actually this issue of service contract was pending my reuest to renew it at the old rate of Rs.3300 and your customer service department was yet to reply to me on the issue. It is not fair and justice to have done the service and demanded payment during pendancy of a case. I should have been given advance information about his visit and cost of service contract. This was not done. This is unfair and unjust. Hence I request you to cancel that contract and refund me the entire amount received from me.
Regarding the same issue, I telephoned your no.[protected]today morning and one Mr...raj attended the call. After preliminary talk, I narrated to him the issue and he refused to respond to my complaint. I tried saying hello, hello, hello ... several times, he did not respond. This is not what is expected of a customer service official.
