[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aquaguard - not working

I have raised a service request on 5th sep, we got a message stating we will be contacted in two days. We try and get in touch with you guys on daily basis and the reply we get is technician is on the way, we sit at home cancel all our plans to make sure technician does not return, however everytime no one turns up.

This guy answers the call everyday and tells me i am on the way, stuck in traffic will reach in sometime, but never turns up.

I am fed up with your service, if you guys can't provide the required customer service, then please let me know, there are many brands in the market, which can provide the required customer service on one call
