I have purchase dr. Aquagurd magna ro+uv water purifier with iron gurd in 2016. After 1 year later i am renew 1year amc for the same, my last amc start date from 27.03.2018 to 26.03.2019. Before few days ago the machine need 15-20 min to full filled 7ltr storage tank, whereas it is now take above 1hrs to fill the tank.

Now, the service engineer told us that ro+uv machine always take near about 45min to fill filled tank & it is normal timing.

My complain is i purchased the product still the installation not done by eureka forbes person i want to know return policy of installaton timining & i request you to provide person name & time so i call him. Im buyer of dr. Aquaguard on Nov 2017. still I didn't get the bill from the eurekaforbes and warranty card. I need to service my aquaguard motors. The motors are not working. How can I service without Bill? When will you give the bill? How much time you need for giving bill. It's almost one year time taken but still no response.

    I have an amc with eureka forbes for my aquaguard water purufier.
    The details of amc is as follows:
    Amc no. [protected]
    Customer code: [protected]
    Name: p. Gopinathan
    Amt paid: rs. 4, 245.00
    Amc period: 3 years from 25.07.2018 to 24.07.2021
    First service was done properly, changing filters by eureka forbes technician.
    The equipment is working ok.

    Complaints:

    1. I have received a sms on 07.08.2018 at 11.40am as follows: "your service request no.... Has been allocated to technician mr... It will be atteneded shortly". At 11.40 am receiceved another sms as follows: "your service request has been attended today..."
    Neither i have made a srvice request nor any technician attended.
    I complained on this to know whether there is any fraud going on. But they replied that technicianwill attend. And i am still sending mails and they are replying same answer. Each time they reply that it is escalated to the next level, but their reply is same. The technician is calling every time to know whether there is any problem with the equipment. I have clearly written to them that it is nothing to do with the technician or servicing of the equipment.

    2. When i checked the amc details in eureka forbes web, i found out that the serial number of the equipment was entered wrongly. So i sent an email to correct that mistake. But their reply is same as before that the tecnician will attend to solve the problem. I replied them that it is not technician; t is from their system.

    Meanwhile one lady from eureka trivandrum called and asked that is it only the wrong serial number is my problem. So i told there are two problems, one is about the fraud sms i received. She explained that it is done as they did not send a sms when they did the first service. So i asked her to send a sms explaining this. If you know that is the pronlem, why your staff is sending that the tec hnician will attend. She told the customer care staff can do only that way. "what else they can do?". Is it not funny that the customer care staff not able to read a complaint and reply accordingly. And they cannot correct the serial number?

    Now i have decided to cancel my amc. When i send a mail to cancel the amc, the reply was same that the reuest is escalated and technician will attend. So it is clear that they are not reading the complaint. They are fooling us. As it is difficult to interact with their staff, i have decided to discontinue the amc. Let the refund the amount i paid.

    There was a call from a person with mobile number [protected], introducing himself as Mr. Biju, Area Service Manager of Eureka that I should not send any e mails again on this complaint. Also he told I have to write to them that the problem is solved. He also told me that the mistake in serial number is not a problem, its only for the activation of AMC. And he also told me not to put my complaints in social media.

    Please let me know whether this is a genuine person from Eureka. And also I want to know whether the mistake in serial number is not a problem or is it a fraud? Who is the owner of that equipment with the serial number entered in my AMC.

    Yesterday at 1.30 pm again Mr. Biju called and asked the actual Serial Number. The number in the AMC was [protected] which is wrong. I gave him the actual serial number [protected], as I believe it was a sincere request to correct the number. But still I suspect who entered the wrong serial number and why. Even after so many e mails before they were not interested to change the number. After complaining here, now they want to correct the number. Still I suspect some fraud. Please find out who is the owner of the equipment with the serial number which entered in my AMC and why. Until I get an answer, i am not satisfied and still request Eureka Forbes to cancel my AMC and refund the amount.

    Today I got a call from Mr. Biju, that the serial number is corrected. So now you know it is an easy matter. I complaint through on 24th August 2018 and one of the problem is solved now. Now you know that the Customer Care is not doing any thing for Customers. The Customer Care Staff of Eureka Fobes is doing nothing, except spoiling name of the company.

    As the service of Eureka Forbes is not good at all, I want to cancel my AMC.

    Today at 11.32 am I received a call from Eureka Trivandrum. The lady asked me what is your complaint. I told I have already informed. Now I want to cancel my AMC. She told unless there is a complaint, amount cannot be refunded. I told her that service of the customer care is not good. That is my complaint. She asked me how is the service of equipment. I told I never complaint about it. So she told it is not possible to get a refund. So they are not bothered about their customer care dept. Then why they need such a dept.

      aqua water purifier adapter problem

      I purchased Aqua Purifier Genius just one year two months back. Company givenone year waranty. During last free service, the company service engineer asked us to AMC. He insisted a lot. But we asked some time. After that he done something with machine. Within one week it started troubling. I complaned the customer care. Again the same service engineer visited and saying that it is adapter proble. We dont understand how the complaint comes...

      My aquaguard machine model (Hi-flow classic) no has been installed in the year 2014. Amc for one year has been done by m/s ganesh agency, arambag, dist - hoogly, west bengal 712601 (Email id is [protected]@gmail.com and mob no [protected]) on date 18.11.17. Recently one problem has developed in the machine. The agency has yet not been able to rectify the machine rather they are asking us to buy a new machine. They are not giving anything in writing.

        I bought Dr. Aquaguard Magna NXT HD RO + UV + MTDS model of Eureka Forbes and AQUAGUARD filter which TOTAL cost me some Twenty Two (22000) thousand rupees in 3rd MAY-2018, we hardly used Three (3) month and filter is not working. I have been complaining from past Three(3) weeks, 2 times technician came stated problem filter need to get replaced. There after none of the executive team has visited my door step and I have been calling to customer care number and sales executive (PRASANTA PRADHAN EMPLOYEE NO[protected] which they always say only sorry and they have updated to backed team.. ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..

          We bought an dr. Aquaguard 1 years ago and today when we called the service guy he says all 5 candles have gone and it will cost you 5k. The replacement can happen every year it seems. This company is doing absolutely a fraud business. Who will invest 5k every year for an 18k aquaguard. I feel these people are cheating on lay man like us.
          And sale people didn’t inform us while purchasing the product

            I have brought aquaguard magna nxt ro water purifier.
            In less than four months o[censored]sage, water is not getting filled in the tank

            I raised a service request through the toll free number.
            Service request: [protected] on saturday[protected].
            The call center personal mentioned, it will be attended on the next day (19th)
            Again i called the toll free number twice on monday[protected] again with the same reply that it will be arranged as quickly.
            Again i called toll free on 21st to escalate it. But the call center personal put the call on hold and then cut the call.
            No reply to the email send to customer care on 21st as well!!!
            Sad plight.
            On top of that, i get calls twice on the feedback for customer service.
            Sheer nonsense.

            I have completely lost the trust on eureka forbes both in product quality as well as service.

            Till now no service personal has even called me that it will be attended in a 'near future possible date!!'

              I got a new Acquaguard Reviva RO after they bought back my old Eureka Forbes Innovaon 04-Jun-2016 in Bangalore after being in Delhi for over 10 years. After one year, on 01-May 2017 I got it reinstalled, when I shifted from my rented house to my own house in Sarjapur Road. However, there was no after sales service in terms of cleaning or filter checking done by Eureka Forbes. No phone call for service due or any other also came to me.

              When I contacted customer care, they gave me a new number[protected] and they mentioned this is Aqua Care and I could enter into AMC with them.

              I called the number and an engineer came and changed filters and collected Rs 4500/- as AMC and promised 4 free services a year. After that they never responded to my calls for over 6 months.

              When I contacted Eureka Forbes helpline last week they said the database was still still showing my address and Aquaguard model as the old one of Delhi over 30 months back. The engineer Mr Chandrappa visited today and said the filters were duplicate, the motor was leaking and I had to pay Rs 8000/- to get both changed. He also said TDS was 20. However my phone number was still registered with them as I had ported it from Delhi to Bangalore.

              This is indeed pathetic that Eureka Forbes neither has my revised address / model details nor have they bothered to find out the whether any preventive maintenance is required. The call center giving a number of another company is indeed very pathetic and dangerous to the reputation of Eureka Forbes

              The complaint is not resolved at all. I expect Eureka Forbes to replaces the filters and leaking motors since I went into AMC as adviced by the customercare of Acquaguard who gave me the contact details of Acqua Care. Hence kindly resolve and open the complaint

                Please refer to my numerous complaints to your Helpline on this subject & written complaint on this site on 09/08/18. Despite your repeated assurances that the complaint will be settled expeditiously, there is no progress in the matter. The Hose pipe, which became unusable in July remains with me.
                I had always thought Eureka Forbes to be among those companies where resolution of Service disputes is a top priority. I am deeply disappointed.
                However I still hope you would resolve this matter soon.

                  Above ticket was raised for the complaint - The water purifier is not working, water was not getting filled properly, and shows green LED blinking. One of your technician visited and said the water inflow pressure is low and there is a sensor inside the device which detect the pressure and, thats why the green LED is blinking. I asked him to give this comment in written and he got angry on me and left the place. Later when I called the customer care I came to know the complaint was closed.

                  No one attend this complaint till now.. I have done my research on why the green LED is blinking and its no where related to the reason which your technician told me. Looks like you people trying make us fools.

                  I have taken 2 year AMC, just a month back, I am worried whether you guys will provide service for next two years.

                      Just 2.5 months ago i bought expensive aquaguard product dr aquaguard magna. I am really extremely disappointed. Today i had to register 3rd service call for this device within this 2.5 months period.. It seems eureka forbes guys have started cutting corners on quality. Worst is even though in warranty and just 2.5 months old, their call center person says i have to pay for spare parts if any. This is indeed cheating the customer. What is the use of warranty then. I will widely circulate it to social media if i do not get justice

                          I have bought my water purifier from eureka forbes ie dr aqua guard magna+hd uv ro water purifier year back from akola. Now i had been transferred to nagpur city, maharashtra. I had called your customer care four times n submit my request for reinstallation one month ago, but till now one had return call me or visit my site for reinstallation. It is very disappointing that eureka forbes is giving such type of treatment to their customers. The last complaint/request which i had submitted ten days earlier whose request no. Is efl68732. If eureka forbes is not capable to give customers service, then shut the company.

                            We have purchased Aqua Guard Geneus on 27th July'18 and on 10th August'18, we have approached service team regarding an issue stating that it's very high priority

                            Till Date, we have made 20+ Calls to service helpline and 4 Times call is forwarded to Escalation team but still, the issue is not resolved.

                            On Friday, Service technician committed that the faulty party will be replaced by Monday 13th Aug'18.

                            On Monday 13th Aug'18, after repeated calls to support helpline in the evening service team committed to replace the faulty part of the product on or before 16th Aug'18 by 11 AM.

                            Since morning today 16th Aug'18, I have been giving calls to the Service support helpline and they have informed to us that service team is not answering the call.

                            What does customer do if your own service team is not answering calls?

                            The only mistake we have made is purchasing your product even after my first experience.

                            This is the second water filter I have purchased from Aqua Guard and now I can understand how horrible the service is.

                            I have purchased this product for my parents and they are suffering now.

                            Why does Aqua guard cheat customers by making fake promises pertaining to service?

                            Your Service team doesn't go by their committed and don't even care to inform customers in case of any delay ??

                            Do customers need to beg for service even though the company is committed for 1-year warranty?

                              For which you one of the employe name ketan has collected advance 1000rs and told us to he will return once i will order that item. It's been 3 weeks and he has not returned money. He is not picking up call.

                                I have got a Aquaguard Water Purifier bought from Thrissur on 27.01.2016 with serial number [protected]. It is working very well and I am happy on its performamce. During one year warranty, Aquaguard has done the services.

                                After communication with Aquaguard, the Technician visited on 26.06.18 and did service, changing two filters (1st Service of AMC) and I paid him Rs. 4, 525/ for an AMC for three years. He issued a Contract Receipt. No.[protected] with Company Hologram.

                                On 26th July 2018, I receved a SMS from Eureka that AMC number is [protected]. And another SMS thanking for the payment of Rs. 4525/-. Also the Customer Code was given as [protected].

                                Then I got a SMS on 07.08.2018 at 10.50am: "Your Service Request number [protected] has been allocated to technician Mr. Sanju Samson TSA...". And on same day atAT 11.40am, received another SMS : Your service request has been attended. For future...". And on 08.08.2018 at 8.00am another SMS was receved "Dear P. Gopinathan...help us to serve..."

                                But I confirm that I havent requested for any service request. Also no technician has visited to service my water purifier. So I sent an email mentioning all these incidents to customer care of Eureka Forbes on 08.08.2018 at 11.25am. I receved reply from them that a technician will attend to the complaint. But I replied them that they should find out how the SMS was sent. A technician cannot find out this matter by attending here in my residence. Only they can find out the matter from their system, how false messages reahed me. So I wrote that I suspect some fraudulant activities on this issue. Each time I sent the same story that somebody will visit you to solve the problem. They did not find out where the mistake is. Each time I sent reply to their mail, they are escalating the request giving a new number, but same subject. This continuing now also. More than 10 emails are sent and also receved until 3.30pm 0n 14.08.2018. But the story is same. Still they couldn't find out the problem.

                                Another complaint on a mistake in the Seral Number of the Equipment. When I opened the AMC details from the Company Web, I found out that the serial number entered in their AMC documents are wrong. Somebody has entered a wrong Serial Number in the AMC. I have informed them, but no action is yet taken. Every time they are escalaing but their reply is same.

                                  Brought eurekaforbes dr aquaguard magna uv ro tds from vadodara,
                                  During sales people are good but after installation on 31/07/18 the product was defective.
                                  The sales person asked for more money 10000rs for replacment.
                                  Such a bad policy dont know whether its company policy or sales person policy.
                                  For them their 500 rs is also big but customers 10000 rs is also small
                                  Very bad customer service and handle over defective product.
                                  Tired of harassment i have will file complaint for this mental harassment and now the sales person saying he will deduct 1500rs from total 19490 rs i have paid.
                                  I will go to the highest level to get justice.

                                      I am disgusted and disappointed by eureka forbes customer care. If you visit their website you will find it is a very simple process to buy amc online but in reality the story is much different and horrendous.

                                      I have been calling, chatting and mailing various aquaguard customer care numbers and email ids, but till date i am unable to do a simple task as registering myself online so that i can purchase the amc.

                                      They have various means to cheat the customers, will give one example - i want to buy new amc for 1 year which costs 1960/- but i have to pay additional 465/- because its a new amc. The trick is if you order online they will not charge you 465/- but will send one technician who will charge 465/- for simply visiting your home.

                                      Can you please eureka forbes team explain me what ridiculous terms are these and why all these are not mentioned on your website?
