I purchased a new megna ro+uv water purifier in jaipur city on 27.10.2017 vide invoice no.[protected]. This machine is under warranty at present.
We noticed that it's red light started blinking and water flow got reduced. So next day ie on 18th august, i lodged the service complaint and requested to send the mechanic as early as possible.
I am very sorry to inform you that service request no [protected] dated[protected] has not been resolved as yet in spite of regular persuasion by me.
After lodging the complaint i reminded daily for sending the the mechanic. After 3 days ie on 21-08-18 a mechanic named mr aditya came. He saw the machine and told that cartilages of machine are to be changed which is not covered under warranty and asked me to take amc. I immediately gave him a cheque of rs 9400/- and took amc for 2 years. He assured me that he will install new cartilages next day ie in 22.08.18.
But he has not come till today even after a lapse of one week, although i am daily reminding him on his mobile. I also called mr rajeev agrawal, service head on his mobile but he did not pick my phone.
We did not know that after sales service of eureka forbes ltd. Is so poor otherwise i would not have purchased this machine from this co.
Now i request you to please resolve my problem, otherwise i will be compelled to lodge the complaint in consumer court since you are playing with the health of my family.
