[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard nova model problem

Our Aquaguard enova model developed a problem. There was no bip sound. We made a complain. Technician came and changed the circuit. From next day it did not work. There was no water flow. Again I made a complain. Today technician came but failed to do anything positive. He told that he would come next day again. As a result we are not getting pure water for five days. My daughter is suffering from diarrhoea. We can not expect this from you. I am from 89/5 RAIMOHON BANERJEE ROAD. BARANAGAR KOLKATA:700108. My phone number is [protected]. The machine is in name of PRATIVA GOSWAMI.The problem started one week back. I FEEL THE PARTICULAR FRANCHISE, RESPONSIBLE, IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.PLEASE TAKE STEPS. IT IS TO BE MENTIONED THAT ÀMC HAS BEEN THERE TILL 2019.
