Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard Nova tap handle broken

Aquaguard tap broken and complaint lodged through their whatsapp on 26Jan2026 and received an acknowledgement and also the complaint number CM-xx0xxx-xx7xxx5x in whatsapp. Such a branded company not having more engineers to serve the users. The complaint number got generated only when available slot for engineer visit was okayed by me which is on 3rd Feb. Means, 7 days I have to wait (27Jan, 28Jan, 29Jan, 30Jan, 31Jan, 01Feb, 02Feb). they dont have proper servicing staff/agents in-place.
Post that, I called their local engineer/technician. When tap handle is broken, the machine is almost out of service for use. 20K & 10K AMC machine. Their local engineer/technician says that he raised the request for the spare part.

to enquire about the spare part, to enquire about when engineer visiting, I only called maximum their call centers waiting over 10 minutes on IVR. Later, their grievance team called in between saying that they will attend. Last 3 days no call. 7 days passed. Is it the way the service is being done by them?? during purchase time, they call multiple times irritating sometimes. Now, what happened that enthu and energy. I have planned sometime back floor cleaner from Eureka. now, I have to rethink.

Now, the local engineer says, the spare part will come, I have to pay and get the service. but when? slot available only on 3rd feb at the time of complaint booking on 26Jan2026. Under AMC, still we have to pay. then AMC covers what? I am OK to pay and get the tap handle. no proper response, time delay, poor service, not bothering the users, take-it-granted mentality
