I had purchased the water filter from Eureka Forbes official website. I requested the return and full refund of my product (Model: Aquaguard Enrich Crest UV 2X). Tried to register a severe complaint regarding the unacceptable level of service I have experienced.
Since my purchase, I have faced the following persistent issues:
Unacceptable Delays & Poor Scheduling: Technicians continuously reschedule visits at their own convenience, with absolutely no respect for my time.
Rude Behavior: I have experienced unprofessional and rude behavior from both the visiting technicians and your customer care executives.
Zero Resolution: Despite multiple calls and formal complaints, no assistance or resolution has been provided by your team.
Due to these ongoing issues and the complete failure of your after-sales support, I no longer wish to continue with this product and request that you arrange a return and full refund of Rs. 9899.10

The product is lying at my home from one week as it was delivered. We have not unboxed it
