Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard select water softener C2500DX

I have been facing issue right from starting with the softener.
1. Initially it was with water hardness. After raising service request also, nobody turned up. I had to call sales person and he arranged the technician to come.
2. This hardness issue itself happened twice and each time I had to call sales person for arranging the technician even after raising service request.
3. 2 month back, the machine stopped working and again service request was raised but nobody turned up. Again I had to call sales person and he sent technician.
4. Technician after inspecting informed that power adaptor has failed and asked Rs.1500. We told the machine is under warranty and it should be free of cost. But he refused and left.
5. After complaining to sales person, he sent technician. He replaced with another adaptor and took back the old one.
6. After this also, there was no solution. Salt remained in the same qty what was put more than one month back. Msg in the machine indicated "Advancing to brine" and it remained stuck in that position full day. Also beep sound started coming which was irritating neighbours.
7. I raised another service request but as usual nobody turned up. I called sales person. The technician who came told that the previous technician has put wrong power adaptor and that's the reason beep sound is coming and machine is not working. He told if we continue powering on with this adaptor the display will be lost.
8. He removed the power adaptor and the machine is sitting idle.
9. After investing so much money for an advanced machine, we are stuck with using raw water.
10. The machine was installed before tap fitting was installed to avoid scaling. However now all the taps are exposed to raw water even after spending such huge amount.
11. And your online service request portal is good but there is no back end support and every time we have to rely on sales person to help us.
12. This time the sales person gave service head person. I have been following up with him in past week but that also is of no use. He told he will send technician but till now no body has turned up.
Hence, I request to look into this and sort it out.in case if machine is issue, request to replace as one year warranty period is not yet over. If still you are not able to sort out, you can take back your machine and return my amount as right from start iam facing issue and it is not one year also.
Also there is serious issue with your service, they are absolutely not responsive.
