Under AMC for 4 years. Candle change due in December 2015. A technician came in DEC.15 month end. without identity card when my wife is alone. He was not allowed inside without ID card. He answered that he was not supplied with ID and returned saying that she may lodge a complaint. I contacted Sri.Parthiban mob.No.[protected]. First he promised that he will send a technician but after a week he wanted me to register a service request with Sri.Sridhar, Mob.No. [protected]. He also stated that he will send technician. After 2 days he asked me to contact customer care 39883333. I contacted the number (As usual press 1, 2, 3, 4...etc ) some one came on line. heard all the stories and gave me a complaint number 85850479,[protected] by this time mobile phone balance will exhaust.) After a week one tech. came without ID card and checked the machine and said that starter button has to be changed and he returned. Till date neither the candle nor the button was changed. The candle change is due in december and March also passed no action taken on my complaint. What is the use in paying for AMC?. This is nothing but the worst service and poorest response towards complaints. i expect(?) a better response atleast after this mail. My Mob.No.[protected]
