I have purchased a Dr. Aquaguard R.O. from Eureka Forbes in December 15. Now this R.O. is not working from 2nd Feb.16. I registered a complaint on mobile no. [protected] through SMS on 3/2/2016. The complaint no. Is [protected]. But till date no services rep. Come my home for repair RO. When I purchase this machine the salesman tolled me if any breakdown comes in machine we will repair within. 24 hrs. I m very much unsatisfy from your after sales service and I feel I make big mistake to purchase this company R.O. I never recommend to purchase Eureka Forbes R.O. because of very poor after sales service. Please look into the matter and arrange to repair my RO as early as possible otherwise I will file a case in consumer Court.

Message received on mobile on 25/12/2015 that mandatory servicing of my water purifier will be done by technician in January. No one came till06/02/16. Please direct concerned servicing center earliest. Mr Vishnu at Kollam was requested by me to send some body but he has not done so. Very poor after sale service.

        Eureka Forbes companion for buy online “30 days money
        back guarantee”.

        I have ordered Eureka forbes Air Purifier from there online website. I have discussed multiple times before go ahead for the purchase about filters. I have been told that it has 7 physical separate filters and one of the filter is washable.

        But the product have only one HEPA composite filter and all other filter are in the same one filter consisting of layers in it as per there explanations.
        As we all know NCR is very high on pollution level thus it requested one layer of filter you can wash and remove physical large dust particles.

        I have requested Eureka Forbes for retune and refund the amount, its over 60 days and yet I am waiting for pick up the return item and refund.

        Its surprising to get your response. I have really had very bad experience with Eureka forbes customer care. I have been calling them each alternate day since I have requested for refund/return to there ISD number[protected].

        Each time I have been given a fake commitment to pickup the product within two days and refund will be initiated afterwards. Every time I have to share whole story to the executive. Unfortunately they discuss with their senior and update to as per there conversations.

        There is no complaint ID or reference number given for each conversation.

        Its really a very bad experience first time I had with online buy specially my own trust worthy company as I have customer of there products since 2006 and since then I have purchased four water purifiers from them (NOT from Online).

        As per your response I am sharing my details, hope this will* may be resolve the issue.

          I am posting about Worst customer service of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard based on my personal experience in my area (Poonamallee). This is the complaint from a genuine customer and not from a person paid by their rival companies like Kent or PureIT or some other fake stories.

          I am using Aquaguard RO model with AMC.

          I lodged a service complaint on January 11, 2016, for water leakage and after 3 days, a technician (trainee) came and said that the leakage is in the pump so, it needs to be replaced and further said that, he will return back in two days of time with the new pump for replacement.

          A day after, the machine STOPPED working, I reached the same person through the phone to inform about machine problem. He said we are in Pongal holidays and will get back to me by Monday. We waited patiently and called him again but he didn't pick up. We called him next day and no response.

          So, I lodged an another service request and also asked for experienced technician, this time, I waited for 4 days but no one reached us. Once again I lodged an another complaint request and waited for another 4 days with no response. Finally, I lodged another complaint request and shouted at the customer care for no one being turned up for service. This time, I asked for my area incharge contact number. He gave a porur incharge contact number. I reached him to get poonamalle area incharge contact number. Arjun - [protected]

          I called him regarding this issue. He said he will send the experienced technician on the same day. But no one turned up. I called him repeatedly for consecutive 3 days he replied with the same answer saying "Technician will come today" and finally, the 4th day a technician reached us. The technician said that he didn't receive new pump yet.

          I said, at least, make the machine running with leakage and come after you received the new pump. So, he changed the new adapter and made the machine running. After 2 days machine STOPPED working again. Since then, 1 WEEK had passed. I am still calling my area incharge and same technician through phone alternatively.

          But one has turned up to date. Eureka Forbes Aquaguard - Worse customer service at a peak!

            I purchased one aqua gurad enhance UV for Rs.12990 dt.17/04/15 vide Invoice no.[protected].But after two months of purchasing it started malfunctioning sometime overheating of water, overflowing, water not coming.Every time technician visited and again after one or two months it started malfunctioning.Last time on 19/01/16 I lodged complain again as water was not coming then one service person came and rectified the problem but after two days it started over flowing and again one service person came on 21/01/16 and this time while servicing he broke some parts and told that he would change but today is 2nd february no body turned and my water filer is now unusuable condition.It seems this people waiting for expiry of one year so they can be absolved of their responsibility.

            I had purchased a water purifier from patra enterprises bhubaneswar vide invoice no 269 dt 06/12/2015. My purifier is overflowing with direct unfiltered water through the water chamber. Since 4 days I am running behind them but no solution is found out till date. The supplier patra enterprises has not registered/created the id for which my complian is not listened.
            I can't recomend this purifier to my friends because the customers are not dealt properly.

Even 15 days passed no body turned out for repairing and my water purifier is lying in unused condition.

              This is to bring to your kind notice that I wanted to purchase Dr. Aquaguard Compact
              from your salesman and gave him cheques against payment but after a day on phone communication
              I cancelled order and I do not purchased product as well as for safe side I wrote mail to your
              customer care devision([protected]@eurekaforbes.com which is flashing on your website)
              regarding same, as well as I talked to your sales guy, too for a consideration of cancellation
              cause no any transaction was there till date "Wed, Jan 27, 2016 at 11:21 PM" not from your side
              as product delivered nor from my side payment made so I considered as order has got cancelled and
              I stopped payment of cheques and informed bank to do so. Still on the day "Wed, Feb 3, 2016 at 12:47 PM"
              I got SMS info from bank that my cheque is trying to be deposited for bank for a sum of Rs. 3400/-

              I have reported the above matter to you several times (give reference of earlier mails) but despite all my
              pleadings you have not corrected the status which is indeed regrettable. On account of your aforesaid dereliction
              of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same I have suffered losses expenses
              You are hereby finally called upon to

              (i) Cancel the order ID [protected] for Dr. AQUAGUARD COMPACT in the name of ANSHUMAN PATIL

                  We made a complain in regards to pipe damage and water leakage. The Technician (Mr. Ramkumar Rajbhar came after 3 days and told the company has till stock of pipe but i can privately change the same and would cost you Rs 20 less than the company cost. As his pipe was also of a cheep quality and we did not wish to fix a pipe not recommended by company we told him to get the same from the company.
                  The company has only one technician who takes care for all complaints. After waiting for 15 days with water loss we were forced to get the same changed by a local plumber.
                  I wish to know what is the use of making AMC when you cannot service your product or do not have spares for it.

                      I accidentally booked DR. AEROGUARD SCPR 1100 and immediately with in 30 min I called their customer care and also dropped a mail requesting them to change the product to DR. AEROGUARD SCPR 200 and refund the balance. They told me some body will call me by evening but no. There was a lot of mails I sent trying to replace from online and raise a service request but the web site not allowed me and finally they registered complaint and at the same time they dispatched the DR. AEROGUARD SCPR 1100 and I told them clearly that I'm going to reject and rejected it after that there is no communication from them also when I started requesting regarding refund they didn't even responded to most of the mails after lots of calls and mails finally they told me to relax. and same continue for next few days finally again I called them and asked them how to escalate and cancel they pointed me to do online and it is not allowing. I'm facing severe agony and started hating Eureka Forbes, the looted almost 40000 and not refunding. I'm thinking of approaching consumer forum if any one can help me with good lawer it would be great I stay in Bangalore, also they have the 30 day replacement policy which is unconditional their site is having this information and I taken screen shots for proofs

                            AMC Receipt no.21678307 dt.25/11/12 for Rs.4010/- period 25/11/12- 24/11/15. Only 4 services given upto Nov.14. No service/replacement of consumables given in 2015. Please note I was out of station for one month during May 10th to June 12th 2015. The Company did not give me a single missed service notification by email / phone/ post for full 1 Yr & contacted me only in Nov 2015 for renewal of the AMC. Refused to compensate me for the missed services for 1 Yr. My family has suffered great inconvenience & have been compelled to buy expensive bottled water inspite of owning a Water Purifier with AMC amount paid upfront for 3 Yrs. We have got the water filter serviced & consumables replaced from another service provider on 16.01.16 after spending Rs.1575/- Receipt no.18400354.

                            I wish to be compensated for no service given for 1 Yr. & for the inconvenience caused to my entire family.

                              I am aniket manjardekar ia have calling this sites but not respone is also email for 10. times but not respone i am not ; satisfied for this poroduct and there is no responce if any complaint is given

                              We are not satisfied with AMC service and whenever I call to customer care they raise a compliant but no one not come for service we are facing the issue from last two month. The engineer also not responding properly. We locked a compliant in one issue[protected] engineer came and he removed all parts and he fix some parts in outside, for we raised ageing one compliant in 4-1-2016 no buddy not respond even I didn't get any compliant number. and ageing I called to customer care and raise a compliant in[protected] customer care person sand within two working day engineer will come but still on one not came). We need some solution for this. I requested please respond any one.

                                  Hi, thisis dr.manish from indore m.p. i have been tried for any availability of paper dust bag of euroclean ace vaccum cleaner but customer service of local office of eureka forbes, a.b. road but they always denied of availability of same. if its spare parts is not available then how can a branded company sell this product in market . very poor service of eureka forbes, i will lead a campaign to not buy any eureka forbes products. i am using its water purifier ro. and vaccum cleaner and customer service for both the products are very poor . kindly raise the complaint to company complaint service.

                                    (sub: complain regarding the aquaguard purchased dt on 24.05 2013)

                                    dear sir,

                                    it is compelled me to inform you about the complain regarding the aqua guard, which i purchased from m/s euro point, nuabazar, paradeep port, orissa on dt 24th may 2013. After installation of the aqua-guard, i have not get a single free service till now..After two months of installation the unit was out of order. For that i have complained to the dealer and service engineer . Nobody has attended the case nor taken any steps to solve the problem till now. Till date the complain has not been solved and the problem is laying with me. Still the problem is there. So i request you to be kind enough to solve my problem in a stipulated period. Other wise i will take some legal step in court. Your company service engineer gave very very poor service to customer . I am very dis-certified customer on your company.

                                      We bought a wet and dry vaccum cleaner on 14.01.2016. Inspite of several calls none has reported to attend. The cell number given by your staff Mr V Krish namurthy turned to be focus number. If it is so, we dont want to your product. I have already issued instructions to the bank not to honour the cheques in favour of you. Please pay the cash of Rs.4000/- paid to you back to me.

                                        Its quiet ironical that before I could renew my AMC for the RO Sensa Aquaguard, I use to get a call from the service engineer atleast 2-3 times a week, now that the amc have been renewed and there is a problem .. I could not track anyone from the company, all my complaint seems to be falling on deaf years. My complaint # 84995944.
