Purchased set of two filters from the company online.
I have to wait for two days for five glasses of water. It's absurdly slow and customer care bounces it to dealer who bounces it to another dealer citing area and third one never responds.

I need either the filter to be serviced or replaced with normal functioning one.

1. They accepted that filter is faulty - when asked about replacement they asked for bill receipt which was given to them on whatsapp
2. they changed the filter with second one i purchased
3. Asked for 200 rupees visitation charge

Faulty filter is not yet replaced / refunded

Update Another Person Visited day before yesterday.

1. Did not do any check because he expected an electronic water purifier - made few calls to his office and asked for 200 Rs service fee for nothing
2. On being declined to pay a fee which was neither informed nor against anything done he left (Name: V Dubey)

3. Gave me another number to call and pick the replacement from and that number is not answering

No other update from anyone
