I booked demo for dr aeroguard spcr 700 after knowing the offers on eureka forbes website.
The sales asked me that you can purchase the same from him he will offers all the gifts offers on the website.
When i purchased the same he says offline purchase are not eligible for gifts offered online.
Thanks god i come to know that 3o days order cancellation.
I cancelled the order and waiting for the refund.
Such a bunch of fraud are the eureka forbes.

    Dear team,
    After unsuccessful attempts calling the customer care im finally writing in this column. We had requested to install dr aquaguard magma from sales person mr govindaraj on 2 may 2017 n he had promised to install on 3rd may 2017 as per the company policy. N v had done the payment through credit card on the condition the machine will be bought n installed on 3rd may 2017. Instesd of delivering n installing the next day they took 6 days ie installed on 8.5.2017 after calling ten times... We had raised complainst against mr govindaraj n mr sampath for false commitment n misbehaviour (8.5.2017-cc no [protected] n on 10.5.2017 cc no [protected]) but no action or response taken. To make matters worse, the magma water purifier is not wrking n v hd requested the service team, they came after a number of phne calls n thy left saying its a loose cntct n thy left. But still it wasnt wrking. Every day till now v have called n raised complaint for refund but no response (Cc [protected]).. Im just fed up calling. Please do the needful asap.

      Its been 3 years i have been using your product (Water purifier - green ro). There is a major issues with your service. Even after having yearly amc done every year your service is pathetic. I have been continuously chasing ur service persons for service, but the standard answer they have is "you need to submit service request" then only we can come for service. When you ask money for amc then ur executives commit very big every year 2+ services but what actual you deliver is nothing. I'll not recommend any one from chandigarh &
      Tri-city to go for ro from eureka forbes.

        I had registered a complaint for my ro+uv+uf+tds water filter which is just 5 months old. Now the water does not come out. Its been 5 days since i registered the complaint and no one has called me. I have made almost 20 calls to the customer service of eureka forbes and every time they only say sorry for the inconvenience and that the technician will visit today which never happens.
        My complaint reference number is [protected] and the complaint is registered on 5th june, 2017.

          Sir / madam,

          On 17 may i called at the toll-free number to have my nova water purifier serviced. I got a service request number which was [protected] and name of the service person which was dinesh mondal. On the 18th he visited my house, examined the machine and took a day's time to change the panel which according to him was damaged. He took leave never to return.
          What is worst this is not the first time that i got such irresponsible responses from eureka forbes personnel. This is my third experience. I am thinking of switching over from forbes to other company and will never recommend forbes to my friends and relations.

          I am concern whether staff of Eureka understand simple email. Upon receiving of an SMS that a technician will visit my house for servicing. I wrote email that I am out of India for three months and requested to not send technician at my home. Despite my email I got the SMS that a request for service has been initiated. I again wrote back to not send technician, yet he visited my house and found door was locked. I am trying to call your technician Mr. Yadav (Mobile [protected]) since Saturday and today morning, and constantly his mobile is switched off.

          Eureka Forbes seems to be a professional company but it appears it has no control over its staff who can read emails and take action accordingly.

            We are not satisfied with service which has offered by service technician mr. Umakant deshmukh dt.09/06/2017. Machin leakage from right side. This is 3 time we are facing ignorance of customer service. Last time at the time of service call technician committed to change small one in side tube in the machin & he never turn up till date. Before that service call technician directly joint in put pipe to tank we had to make him correct on the spot. Why should i have to inform each and every service call. This is the burning example o[censored]nethical practice of eureka forbes. I think you are habitual of such type of activity. Jai hind!

            Dear sir,

            This is to inform you that you are cheating & playing with customer’s health under eureka forbes annual maintenance service contract.
            Today eureka forbes person came for routine servicing of my water purifier enhanced model without any information. Before doing maintenance servicing machine was working fine. Fortunately while maintenance service started, i was assistng service man because he was alone, at the end i noticed that he was reconnecting machine without micro filter then i asked the reason. He was telling it is choked so water will not pass in storage. I insisted him to assemble machine properly else take this machine to your service centre and repair it. At last he managed, i shocked. Even i doubt how it is done.
            Now, am i & my family safe?
            If i would not be there what will happen to me, can you just imagine.

            Gastro
            Cholera
            Diarrhea
            Dysentery
            Hepatitis a
            Fluorosis
            Arsenicosis
            Malaria
            I am not satisfied with service and such type of dangerous contract.
            If machine was proper before servicing and after servicing micro filter got chocked it is magic.
            I think this is your good idea to earn money in business. (Advanced collection of money in the name of annual maintenance.)
            1- new sales of new machine
            2- new sales of parts like micro filter cartridge.
            3- new cartridge sales
            If you are not responding with appropriate action i will communicate your fantastic ideas on twitter and facebook.
            I am attaching service card for your reference. Because your person has not given me any receipts of service.

              We have a eureka forbes classic aquaguard model which is out of order since 3rd june 2012. We have lodged a complaint on their service helpline number no.[protected] on 9th june and the complaint was registered vide ticket no.[protected] on 4th june. We have been making several follow up calls to the customer service number every day and we are promised that a technician would attend to the problem in the next hour!!! (Yet to happen!!!)

              We are totally disgusted with the casual approach shown to customer complaint redressal by a market leader like eureka forbes. I would definitely not recommend them to any one else for their lousy service.

                We had raised a service request for purchasing attachment kit for eureka forbes vacuum cleaner on 2nd june 2017. (Request number [protected]). We had also a confirmation that the service engineer would be available in our office within 48hrs from the above date. Every time when contacted the customer care, it was reassured that within no time the representative would be visiting us and would rectify the issue asap.
                As on date we haven't had any one from eureka forbes visiting us and our product is still unusable.. Every time we contact the customer care, we generally have to wait for 1hr on call to get a reply that the service engineer would be directed to you today (On the same day). However it been occurring for last 4 days and still no luck.

                Today after waiting on call for 1 hr, the customer representative expressed his inefficiency to direct the service engineer and also expressed that it may go beyond 2 days to rectify the issue. We have already wasted above 1 week just for the representative to even respond to the request.

                Hope eureka forbes would help us with a speedy action on the same

                    The spring in the hose adapter of my wet & dry vaccum cleaner broke around one year back. I approached the service centres & franchises for the same. At first they all tried to sell me the entire hose for rs.1000 to rs.1500 but i came to know that the hose adapter is available for rs.200 to rs.250. So i insisted only for that. They all said they did not have the hose adapter in stock right now, we will order for you and let you know when it comes. For months i have been calling them and asking for the hose adapater but they kept fooling me by saying it will come within the next one month, please wait for some more time, and the usual "we at eureka forbes are committed to serving our customers" blah blah blah. They are interested only to sell their products and never to service or repair or replace the products or parts unless they are very costly items so that they can make a fat profit on them. So do not buy any eureka forbes products because after sales service is zero.

                    i also hold a amc contract receipt no.[protected] dt[protected] valid from[protected] to[protected] that one of your service franchise tricked me into taking by claiming that the motor of my vaccum cleaner is faulty. he claims to have replaced my motor but refused to get me a hose adapter and insisted that i buy the full hose from him . so the vaccum cleaner is lying useless for the past one year. add to that the loss in making the phone calls to him asking him for the hose adapter. really shameful

                          I am from kerala kottayam. I asked three months eureka forbes service center to change my water filter and repair my vacuum cleaner there no response from concerned authorities. We trusted ur company buyed ur product, service centers cheat us.                             I had a complaint [protected], about the taste of the water which is very raw. I changed the candle on 1/6/2017 for rs950 from you guys only but still i'm getting the same raw taste. After 4 days your technician visited and he told me that my water purifier can only change the water taste to a certain level of 300 but the direct water which is coming from the supply is more than 300 so it can't change. I was very shocked to hear that because then how come before the water taste was good. I am very much disappointed and upset with eureka.

                              I bought an amc for my aquaguard e-ro from your esteemed company on 8th november 2016 contract receipt no.27212901 for one year. At the time of contract the company person assured for 3 free service in an year.

                              I raised an request for service on 31st may 2017 (Complaint no.[protected]) in that time the customer care executive assured within 24 hours service will be done, after again i done followup on 1st june 2017 with mr. Saravana and 2nd june 2017 with mr. Praveen, every time the representative assured it will be done within 24 hours.

                              After rigorous followup today i came to know that the contract is not updated in the system. So, the representative will not do the service.

                              Now i am having serious doubt about the service of aquaguard, i paid almost rs.5500/- per annum where there is no register in your system and assurance of service.

                              My questions is
                              1. Who is responsible for registering in the eureka forbes system even the customer has made the payment and having the contract recipt?
                              2. Even after followup with represtnatives, only assurances is coming, nobody is interested in resolving the issue, when the company will do the service?
                              3. Whether so much of followup is required for taking amc service?

                              Resolve this issue at the earliest otherwise refund my money.

                              Just now once again I spoke with customer care executive Ms.Varsha, today (8th June 2017) I came to know it has been assigned to wrong vendor, she told she will assign to correct vendor and given new complaint number [protected] and assured service will be completed today. Eureka Forbes is telling after 7 days of rigorous followup it has been assigned to wrong vendor.

                              Everyday I am getting the new stories from Eureka Forbes.

                              Made a mistake by taking AMC.

                              let see when Eureka Forbes will do the servicing ???

                                Hi,

                                I had bought an Dr Aquaguard Geneus Plus RO and called your customer care for installation. The reference number is [protected]. The service did not happen for 4 days. I called up again. They said they will send the technician in 2 days. Again nobody came. Then I called again. Again the same thing happened. Today I called up for the fourth time.They gave the same answer.

                                I don't know what is happening. Did I buy a Eureka Forbes product ? or some random roadside company product? I your work over once you sell the product to me? What do I do with this product?

Ur sales man measure but they have not told that this machine for low tds area that i saw your sight that is 200, i belive in ur product and item but ypur sale man not bother to tell this tds matter as normal human being i don't know that time about this tds matter, if i can expend 12400 then i can also expend 19000 to 20000 for my family and kids, i don't know why your sales man by knowing ly given this product that this is high tds area... Now what i will do? Plase change my filter for better.. And this is your sales man that nomal people cant belive, i am dis hearten.. Because i belive the eureka fobes...                                     I have purchased dr aquaguard one year before, now technician is telling to replace the filters every year and cost is rs 5500/- thats huge amount.
                                    Spending such amount every year is bit difficult for consumers.
                                    This was not informed earlier. Company is making money by charging huge amount on consumables. We got cheated by company.

                                      Even after a month long struggle between customer care executives and technicians no efficacious result has been delivered. Booster pump for ro+uv+tds water purifier which the technician installed stopped working after a week and since then after every complaint we r send the details of technician rohit who gives us the no. Of customer care executive meenakshi n it keeps going like that.

                                        I bought two year amc for my aquaguard reviva in the month of june. But the aquaguard service person could not fix the water filter. It started leaking the same day he replaced the cartridges. Whenever i call them, they take a week to pay a visit. Every time he takes some shortcut and is never able to fix the problem. Poor service, defective products, lazy people. Do not waste your money in any aquaguard product. We don't have access to clean water even after spending 10000 rupees on amc. Not to mention the extra time we lose everytime in calling him and attending him.
