We have taken 1 year contract for eureka forbes and we have not been served accordigly.
We are calling to eureka forbes from morning and observed that all the customer care officers are only refistering the service request numbers and no one is attending the customer.

The service provided by eureka forbes by surprise is worst and we are experiencing the same.

    My purchase date of the product was 17/04/17 and it was delivered after 2 days. I was asked to inform the concerned person as soon as I receive the product for demo. I did as asked. Everyday I keep calling Mr. Rana [protected] without any results. Please take back your product and kindly refund.

      We are using ur water filter for more than 10 years, every year we use to do amc of it as company says any part work would be replaced, but it is so shameful to know that these people use to repair the parts and reuse them instead of replacing with new one, such a big company and such a shameful act.
      Every month i have to make a complaint atleast for 3times, the company is more interested in money than services, as these people visit is atleast minimum 2-3 days.
      Its a request please replace this filter with the brand new one or othervise i could take a strict action

        I had purchased ec i clean vacuum cleaner from your salesman named mr. Sumit nandi from sodepur region on 23.03.2017. After that i repeatedly asked him to provide a demo of the machine so that i could use the machine. But he continued to give excuses for not providing demo. Then i contacted your customer help line[protected] on dated 15-05-17, 21-05-17, 25-05-17 and 26-05-17. But every time i have been given assurance that the said product will be demonstrated within the span of 24 hours. But it do not happen. So it is felt that i have wasted my money to buy the product from mnc like you.
        Besides, at time of selling the product, your salesman assured me a free gift of provogue watch from the company which is still awaited.
        Now, at this stage, i ask the company how i get the product demonstrated and what about the gift assured by your salesman of sodepur region mr. Sumit nandi ??

          I bought green magna ro 6 months before. Suddenly the membrane filter got cracked without any reason and the product started leaking. When complained the service centre replaced it with some other prodict membrane and now the taste and tds of water has been resuces to horrible level the water is too bitter to drink. Now the company and service centre both are not ready to look forward to my cpmplaints because my prosuct is in warranty period and the membrane cost is high. Kindly look for this complaint and take proper and necessary actions. I am being thugged by the company and service centre.

            From snapdeal on 22nd may 2017.
            When i had opened the packaging some parts were missing. I did not got the hose pipe which is the connecting link. I have got the pictures of all parts. Please rectify all these things. I don't know what is the case. Half of the time products are missing or not packed. It is a kind of a bigger pipe.

              We purchased the eureko forbes vaccum cleaner in april 2017, it has a warranty as well for 1 year. After we getting the vaccum cleaner to home the wheeles of it werent working, even we fix it tightly that doesnt work properly. Staright away it gets comes out of it and breaks down to 2 pieces, logged a complaint one person came and he said he will be coming in 2 days with new wheeles but so far no update from company neither from there technical agent. Need help from this company

                Hi,
                I am very irritated with customer care and finally writing this mail. I have raised a request for amc (In subject) for my water purifier amc and after that i have contacted customer service 3 times in last month. But still customer service people says, i will raise a ticket against technical person.

                I am waiting for technical person sir ji. Looks like he is a big boss for eureka forbes water purifier. If he come to my home i will celebrate a festival. Because he is a god. He will not give his presence to all in time and where ever needed. Because he is god for customer. Customer is not god for eureka forbes. Technical person is god for eureka forbes customer.

                I stay @wakad, pune. No service is being provided since a month. Its rediculus. I personally feel very bad about eureka forbes. I recommend do not purchase any products from eureka forbes.

                Priya called me on my mobile number and enquired whether Service person provided service or not. As i did not get any service she promissed to send Service person the same day. In the same manner, Service person came in 2 Hrs and resolved my complaint problem. Thanks to Priya.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  I made a request for the fresh installation of enhance Aqua guard RO+UV+TDS water purifier on 25/04/2017 (for PIN CODE: 583123). I had been told that the installation will take 2 working days and will get call from technician before coming for the installation. But we didn't get any call regarding this. Later I raised a complaint on this on Friday regarding this. Again I had been told that the technician will come today by evening n will get call from technician before coming. Every day I am calling to the Eureka Forbes customer care and getting response that my request is at higher priority. When I asked for the Technician details, they are telling that they don't have the details. Really I felt very bad about the company service.

                    Hi i rasied a complain regarding my classic+ product which i bought last month, and within month it has started creating issues.. After resgistring complain for six time minimum since last two days my issues is not been solved yet, moreover customer care attending people are disconneting the call just by taking details and when answering the call they are just saying we have raised the call and it will be solved soon.. Two days without water at home in this scorching heat, worst service..

                      Hello Sir/Madam,
                      I made a request for the fresh installation of enhance Aqua guard RO+UV+TDS water purifier on 17/05/2017 (for PIN CODE: 573135). I had been told that the installation will take 2 working days and will get call from technician before coming for the installation. But we didn't get any call regarding this. Later I raised a complaint on this on Friday regarding this. Again I had been told that the technician will come today by evening n will get call from technician before coming. Every day I am calling to the Eureka Forbes customer care and getting response that my request is at higher priority, technician will come by 4 PM or 6 PM or next day within 12 PM.
                      When I asked for the Technician details, they are telling that they don't have the details. Really I felt very bad about the company service.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I made a complaint regarding fresh installation of Eureka Forbes enhance Aqua Guard RO+UV+TDS purifier to the pin 573135 on 25/05/2017. Later on the complaint was attended by the customer care people and was given the assurance that their Karnataka team people will do the needful. But Until now I haven't got any response from them. Mean while I called the customer care of Eureka Forbes and same false assurance was given by them. Two days back when I called them for the updates I got response that the provided request number is not proper and I am provided with the new request number([protected]). Until that time I was enquiring with the earlier request number([protected]) only. Now how that request number went improper I am not understanding and I am not getting any proper response for the installation also.

                        My water purifier is not working from 22nd May 2017. I had been registered my complaint on 22nd May 2017 but till dater their is no response from the company service department, service executive or technician. My complaint no. [protected] dated 22/5/2017 and complaint no. [protected]. Ground water in my area is not suitable for drinking at all and I am phasing very acute water problem last 4 days.
                        I would be very grateful if you May do some favour to me resolve this critical problem.

                          Hi i am regular user for waterpurifier of aqua sure for 6 year. We recent renew the service contract. The enginer give us all wrong ideas on our current waterpurifier for the working condition. As we already have the service paid for the 3 year in advance. We was been told to buy the new advance waterpurifier.
                          So we paid for 2 unit on our current home where the regular routine service was been done as required. Now its been more then months. Our new waterpurifier is just laying without any installation done. We have been calling the sales guy mr. Yogesh kumar shukla his mobile number [protected]. He said as regular it will be done. But none of them are coming and the regular contract team which was doing my old waterpurifier also stop coming for getting the issue fix.
                          This is really bed. As we buy this waterpurifier for our health purpose. But they aretaking it just a bussiness deal. We rec call on 23 may after almost a month... My both units are laying without working...
                          Pls dont pay them until you get them install and working fine on your home or office... Worst service...

                          they came for instalation after 1 and 1/2 months, the man came for instalation had no knowledge how to instal, during connection the water pipe he broke the inlet valve, he promised to come next day, but he has't came, after calling twice by phone they told me that they have no inlet valve at there service centre.now my purifier kept unused i m wondering for inlet valve !

                          We purchase water purifier ( Desina model) through Ezone Rohini Showroom, from the very first day we are not statisfied from your Enginer more over Desina proformance. The problem is that in the morning hours Desina water purifier not working properly & we complete may time but the yr. engineer told us that this problem due Winter season. How I can accept this remark from companies enginer. Kindly advice me & I am humbaly requesting Euraka forbe's management to help meby solving this problem.

                          Only bogus promises are made that service technician will attend withou any response...
                          Forbes crystal worst model and company and dealers. Trying to contact thru helpline always got answer "Our executives are busy please stay on line" Rather I think I should opt for new one from other company. I will recommend not to go for "Forbes Crystal" from any dealer.

                          As the product is been taken on 24/09/2009, the device is not been used till now. when the technicion he saw the entier thing & device was dismentalled,he found the wire has come out for the sensor & he called up to his senier about the whole incidence and told me that the senior to be changed and wire to be joined with normal tape which is not acceptable to me.                           Very poor service and fake commitments. Am purchased RO+UV origa water purifier in last December 2017 that your sales person says with in one year any concerns regarding filter or cartage we will replaced under warranty, after one year we replaced under customer paid . but now I register one complaint and technician inspected the machine and said need 3000 rupees for filter and cartage replacement .

                              I had placed an order for aqua purifier on[protected] time 20:34:31 on installment basis which the salesperson irresponsibly swiped the card for total amount of rs.9490 which when asked to cancel the request said he will take a day to cancel the payment method. Since then he is not been receiving the phone or the phone number is no longer available.

                              Secondly we have note received the product till today. We have been calling the person and telling him to inform us one day before the delivery so that we cannot miss the delivery, but the co-operation is very poor.

                              We have to cancel the order because of this poor service right from the beginning and no longer wish to go ahead with this product.

                                I have been using your water filter since 1990 & gradually got equipment up graded to "i nova" model few years back. Over the years i got your service department prompt response whenever i made complain about the equipment problem & i was proud of your service. Recently i thought o[censored]pgrading by working "i nova" model with "dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro" model & purchased the equipment "on line" from "shopclues" (Receipt no.[protected] on 17.05.2017. I requested your service depart on ph. No. +[protected] for installation & i was given complain register no. 99420010. Unfortunately no one turned to install the equipment till & no one is answering my call on ph. No.[protected]. It appears eureka forbes sales department does not want to provide service to the customer who does not purchase the equipment directly from them, for the reason better known to them. If that is the case, then eureka forbes should not allow others to sell eureka forbes product. As a customer we are not supposed to know this internal problem & i got trapped in this. Extremely shocked with this miserable service rendered by your kolkata service provider, which is drastically effecting your market reputation. Now i feel i should not have purchased this equipment from eureka forbes, instead i should have purchased this from kenstar who is having far better after sales service at kolkata. I will appreciate if you try to sort out this problem within a day or two. Thanks.

                                  Product is giving problem, had complaint many a times. its been over 6 months but the problem is not been resolved by the company and on top now there person has stopped visiting.

                                  Though my Dr Aqua Gaurd Magna is in warranty but still everytime the tecnician visit my place they asked us to take the contract and then the problem will get resolved and when we ask why in warranty we we to take contract for that they don't have any answer.

                                    My customer ID is [protected] of the water purifier RO+UV+TDS in warranty .It has been seen the TDs fixed 100mg in the first service found only 13 in next service.The change of TDs shows that the adjustment knob may be defective or technical fault in the machine. The engineer not able to give correct reply that why the TDs changed automatically after adjustment of TDs. I request the company should rectify the fault at the earliest.

                                      We bought the Aquaguard-Geneus-RO-UV-UF through paytm and delivered on 05/12/2017 to pincode 508207. On friday we called the customer care for installation and we are informed that with in 48 hrs technician will be coming.

                                      On 05/15/2017 we registered a complaint and the number is [protected] .Still now we didn't get the installation done and every day your customer care people are telling that they will be coming today for n no.of times. The people at customer care are so rude that they will question us why it is showing as dealer for our call even though we told that we are customer for 3 times. Every day we have to call them and wait for 1 hr to get the same request escalated to some supervisor and they doing nothing in the end.

                                      Your customer care people can change the records and tell us different pincode and phone number what we have provided when asked at different times.

                                      Atleast we asked the supervisor to give the hyderabad technician number so that we will provide the transport charges and get that installed but the person told they don't have the contact number after waiting for more than an hour in a call. If you people are not having the number then how will you get that installed ?

                                      Please let us know when will be the installation be done at earliest possible actually we have lost the hope on your company and we don't have any patience to wait and call your customer care people only to listen it will be done today for everyday.

                                        My name is Mrs Aparna Nair.
                                        I had lodged a complaint with eureka service centre mumbai on may8th regarding an issue with my aquaguard genius water filter. The mechanic Mr Waqar Shamshi visited my house the next day for the service n he said that there is a pblm with the chip.That was changed after two days bt then again the filter started showing the service light within two days..Again the same person visits my house n he says that there is a pblm with the sensor n it would take him 2 days to procure the part. Again I showed a lot of patience n waited fr 2 days n it was repaired on the 3 rd day..Again within 2 days the filter started showing the service light. N today it's bn 5 days nobody has turned up to repair the filter evn after a lot of request from my side. I have even spoken to the service provider of colaba area Mr.Jaywant Warik. But evn he seems to be hand in glove with the mechanic. It's bmp over 2 weeks now that I am without a water filter and I have bn borrowing water from neighbours fr the last 2 weeks. Bt nobody seems to understanding the gravity of the situation.. I never thought that the service of eureka forbes, who claims to be the best, to be so atrocious were the technician (mr.waqar shamshi) has absolutely no clue as to what he is doing n constantly is on the phone asking fr instructions to repair it n evn after that screws up the whole thing.i am totally disappointed with this lackadaisical attitude of the service providers in colaba area of mumbai n feel that they should nt be in this field if this is the attitude.
