I raised a service request for servicing of My Aquaguard Magna HD UV+RO, more than 3 weeks ago. Your representative came and instead of providing any service, he asked me to renew my AMC and he will provide the service next day.
Once i did that, despite continuously following up with you guys for over past 2 weeks no one has still came for service.

Please escalate this.

I have aquagard compact e boiling product since 10 years. It is on amc since 5 years.
The servicing due in dec 2016 not done. I call on customer care center 5 time 19, 23, 26, 28, and 31 march 2017 but no body comming for servicing.

Kindly look into the matter and send some one for servicing (Due amc) as early as possible.

We had purchased the ro water purifier on 29th november 2016, the customer code is [protected]. It's really frustrating that since the last one week the filter had stopped working. Every day we are trying to contact you and everyday we get a reply that the problem will be rectified by 7 pm. The product is under warranty so please replace the system immediately.

For Dr Aquaguard, payment was taken by Mr Nagaraj on 27.03.17, sales executive in Bangalore area pin 560037 phone no[protected] stating that the item will be delivered in 24 hrs and installed in another 24 hours.Item was delivered only on 30.03.17 Order no 29071155. Till now not installed. When I call him no response. Very bad experience in the beginning itself. The item can be taken back with this poor service....

Dear concern, i have queried for aquagaurd on 30 jan 2017 at call centre and executive vistied my place, i selected the model and made a payment of 3000 via cheque in favour of eureka forbes, product was of 14999 (ro/uv/uf). i asked abut finance scheme he suggested me that payment can be done in 4 installments. i gave the cheques to the executive and asked him to provide me the details that from which company he will be getting it financed....

We brought Aquaguard in 2012 after several services and cleaning also we see cockroaches in the Aquaguard . Plz take back the product and refund us. Or replace the product. I had called for cleaning they said cover the top lid with tape and cockroaches won't come . But that dint resolve the issue . Even in filter also there are lot of cockroaches. My complaint is on the black guy, who work in Aquaguard water plant...platform no 4 and 5...near to overbridge...
That ******* does not respond wel with the passengers... Uses abusive language...and not at all fit for that job...
He ask for more money...and says u will not get 300ml water...500ml water...
Forces to take 1 lit water...please replace...

I have purchased an Aquaguard RO+UV with TDS regulator from BENGAL TIGER CANTEEN(Army) on 24 March 2017 .The salesman told me that within 72 hrs my Aquaguard will be installed by your nearby service center.
