Friendly advise to Eureka Forbes Team,
I personal y called customer care and asked a demo, one of the executive called me on Wednesday and i gave him the appointment for Sunday morning 10am. He dosen't stop calling me every day and ask if he can come to my place immediately(He doesn't listen to what we say). What is the point in fixing appointment, you people should respect the customers.
Today he came and talked only about One High priced model AQUAGUARD GENEUS, after he finished talking he got the bill book and asked for payment to book that particular model. There is no options mentioned or asking the customer about opinion.
I am sorry to say, I regret being Eureka Forbes customer, I will never ever take or recommend your products.
Sales executives of eureka forbes don't have the decency to respect the customers privacy?

Last Friday (On 22-Nov-13), the sales executive turned up and apologized for the false commitments he made and issued a reimbursement cheque for AMC cost (prorated for remaining AMC duration).
