[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Avoid buying eureka forbes products through salesperson

I had purchased Enhanced RO water purifier on 11-Oct-2013 with the exchange of my old Riviva RO purifier. The sales person told the cost for Enhanced RO water purifier is Rs. 15990/- and I will get Rs. 2000/- deduction for exchanging my old water purifier and I had to pay Rs. 14000/- nett and I can also reimburse entire AMC cost of the old water purifier (AMC for 2 years was renewed on 14-May-2013 for Rs.7430/-). So, I had paid Rs. 14000/- through cheque on 11-Oct-2013 and submitted covering letter and AMC certificate for reimbursement on 22-Oct-2013. After which, I came to know from a neighbour in my society that MRP of Enhanced RO water purifier is only Rs. 14990/- and the sale person has cheated me Rs. 1000/-. I had reported the same to sales manager Mr. Premkumar but no use. Moreover, in spite of several follow up I had not received the reimbursement of AMC cost yet (they promised to reimburse it within one week). Last Friday (On 22-Nov-13), the sales executive turned up and apologized for the false commitments he made and issued a reimbursement cheque for AMC cost (prorated for remaining AMC duration).

Friendly advise to Eureka Forbes Team,
I personal y called customer care and asked a demo, one of the executive called me on Wednesday and i gave him the appointment for Sunday morning 10am. He dosen't stop calling me every day and ask if he can come to my place immediately(He doesn't listen to what we say). What is the point in fixing appointment, you people should respect the customers.

Today he came and talked only about One High priced model AQUAGUARD GENEUS, after he finished talking he got the bill book and asked for payment to book that particular model. There is no options mentioned or asking the customer about opinion.

I am sorry to say, I regret being Eureka Forbes customer, I will never ever take or recommend your products.

Sales executives of eureka forbes don't have the decency to respect the customers privacy?
