[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Cheating on the name of free gift | |
On 1 august i claimed the free gift for renewing the eureka forbes aquaguard amc which was a provogue bag. I was charged ₹299/- for the same as delivery charges However no acknowledgement has been provided to me and the money has been deducted. Also there is no response from provogue customer service and on complaining to eureka forbes their customer service is thinking there is some issue with my water purifier.
