My complaint no : [protected], logged on 21.05.2020 for water purifier
Unit taken by franchise for repairs: 24.05.2020
Since then, there's no reply from anyone at eureka forbes...
Franchise passes my call to service executive sumit ([protected]), who initially promised to get my unit repaired and re-installed by 11.06.2020 but upon contacting him today says "ek pcb ke liye transport to nahi aayega... Indent kiya hua hai... Jab aayega, tab aapka unit ghar par lag jayega".
If you want exchanged messages over whats app, i can provide them! You want automated message from call center upon logging complaint, i'll give that too...
We cant be volleyed around from franchise to service executive and then to franchise for 3 weeks...
I had bought water purifier to protect my family, not to have them harassed and at risk during covid times...
Pls replace my unit...
