There has been no response from installation technician or team. I everyday i am calling the call center just to hear - "i will follow up with concerned team, and the issue will be resolved as soon as possible"

My question is if eureka forbes cant provide installation assistance to new customers, "why are you promising free installation after purchase??"

Such a bitter experience after purchasing this aquaguard product. I will make sure none of my friends or family members purchase aquaguard products in future.

    I am a single user of your product and has limited usage for household purpose, yet your product has not even lasted for complete 2 years. I had purchased vacuum cleaner euroclean wd x2 on 13th july 2018 and it has already got spoiled. The gum which attaches the cord with the hose is of low quality and has not been able to hold the cord and hence its come out. It is such expensive product with such low grade materials used in it. Since i do not have scanner i am unable to attach any documents. I can whatsapp the same on the number if given by you.

      I'm an amc customer for my ro. No response from your service centre neither customer care. Even i contacted your local representative mr abhishek mondal ([protected]) for help but all in vein. Till date i am buying water from outside. How can you afford to handle amc customers like this? Who will bear the cost i am incurring for last 1 week? When every thing is on move, how come drinking water like emergency service is not being provided to the amc customer? Pls arrange to return my amc amount back, i will arrange drinking water from other provider.

        We have purchased this place product about 5 months ago and this is the high end model that we chose. Water stopped coming and the machine wasn’t working from 2.5 months. I have been following up with customer care and raised a complaint on april 8th, he cus care ppl always promised the technician would come in 2 hrs who dint turn up from 2.5 months. I’d like to return this machine and have my refund. Your customer care service sucks big time. If you do not refund i’m going to sue your company i have all the necessary documents.

          Seems there is a issues with pump, this problem is started since last day.

            I am Rajani resident of Hyderabad. My aquaguard unit is not working since last week and we are keep on calling customer service everyday but no one turn up until now. As we don't have any other options to drink water getting outside water due to which my three year old son got sick of diarrhea.
            May I know who is responsible for all these?
            I am an AMC customer who is paying 5000rs and waiting for service.
            Totally fed up with the service.

            Finally I have a small request could you please take your unit back and refund the amount so that we go for other options.

              On 1st june 2020, i got a message that mandatory service in the product gwpdrevro10000 is done. No mandatory service was done even though it is on amc. Lease do not post wrong messages. Whom are you trying to please? Please acknowledge my complaint and do not repeat this mistake. As it is this has happened the second time.

                My name is Mr. Rameshwar Ganguly. I am an existing customer of your Dr. Aquaguard Geneus+ water purifier product. It has a few electronic sensors which are of very poor quality. I purchased it in August, 2019. Since then the electronic sensors have been out of order for five times. I think you should withdraw this product from market as it is very defective.

                Your sales person has sold me this most expensive water purifier product and now I see that this is a very defective third grade product. Your customer service is also very lousy. The SMS way isn't working. I can't call any customer care representative. I can't even download your App as it is Android version and I have an iPhone.

                Currently, the machine is not working and I am unable to make a service request.
                So, my request to you is to replace this machine with another one that does not have any of these fancy and faulty sensors as soon as you can. I can not get now purified water!!!

                  I took comprehensive amc and my contract no. Is [protected]. My ro stopped working on 10th jun. I lodged online compliant but no one turned up. On 12th jun i talked to customer care officer and informed me about the problem, he took my complaint and gave me service request no. [protected] but again no one turned up. On 13th jun i could not able to contact customer care officer on phone and hence wrote email at deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in she replied my email and escalated by request and gave me escalated service request no. [protected] but no one still turn up. On 14th jun, i again write email to deepa but it is not answered. Today i. E. On 15th jun'20 i tried to contact customer care officer but could not get through and hence wrote email again to deepa stating the problem and requested her to depute service attendant today itself and if not possible, then return my money paid at the time of taking amc so that i may call another service repairer from ahmedabad but still no reply is received.

No. [protected] to provide me necessary information of one of your water softener product and they have provided me on the phone, then i contacted some other companies too in between; later i asked your company sales executive to give me a demo, but in return they said we will come to give you demo only if you are going to buy the product from us.
                    The main reason of mailing is because i want the superiors to know how the employee's are working by giving these type of answers to the buyer's.

                      Purchased water purifier on: 02.10.2019- aquaguard superb 6.5 ltr ro+uv+uf+mtds white one.

                      My complaint no : [protected], logged on 21.05.2020 for water purifier

                      Unit taken by franchise for repairs: 24.05.2020

                      Since then, there's no reply from anyone at eureka forbes...

                      Franchise passes my call to service executive sumit ([protected]), who initially promised to get my unit repaired and re-installed by 11.06.2020 but upon contacting him today says "ek pcb ke liye transport to nahi aayega... Indent kiya hua hai... Jab aayega, tab aapka unit ghar par lag jayega".

                      If you want exchanged messages over whats app, i can provide them! You want automated message from call center upon logging complaint, i'll give that too...

                      We cant be volleyed around from franchise to service executive and then to franchise for 3 weeks...

                      I had bought water purifier to protect my family, not to have them harassed and at risk during covid times...

                      Pls replace my unit...

                        I have been a customer for more than 10 years now buying your water purifiers from eureka forbes, and the latest one is the this machine which has been working very well over past 2 years.
                        The machine is covered under comprehensive amc for 2 years directly with your company, but unfortunately have had a very poor response to my latest complaint over the past 4 days (And earlier as well). During to the lockdown the machine has not functioned properly primarily due to some mineral adjustment in the machine i feel but then continuous complaints have been unanswered and we have faced very poor response from their call centre.

                          Dear sir/ma’am,

                          I have been using aquaguard for last 9 years or so. I was relocated to vadodara in 2012 and got the amc done by regional representative of aquaguard (Eureka forbes) mr. Hanif vohra and have been getting it renewed through him for now 8 years. I was relocated to my current premises in december 2019 and needed my machine also to be relocated which was entertained on 10.12.2019.

                            I buyed ro last year in the month of august. I have to call, message, escalate for installation. Than the new product started leaking. I again complain in message, call number of times, than it took one and half month to get it resolved. Now i did not called as frustrated with the type of service eureka forbes provide in dehradun. As at the time when we buy the product it was said 5 days for installation and 3 free service. It's been 10 th month going on, i got no call. Very disappointed. And still i am not going to run after them for my free service. But they are loosing the trust of customers by giving false promises. Would have purchased some other water purifier.

                              when I call from registered mobile the agent gets another customer ID, and whereas I when i log in using mail ID, i see that mobile # is updated wrong and get another customer ID - [protected]
                              Its more than 5 years I am asking to correct this and I am not able to log in and renew the contract.

                              I am contacting eurekaforbes even before before contract expired
                              I said that I was not able to renew it online... they took no action... customer care did not even raise ticket for issue... only option was to send mail to Deepa and this lady takes ages to respond to mail...
                              Raised a case and your agent came and refused to renew the contract refusing to accept check or paytm (earlier they were accepting cheque and did not intimate on this)
                              Now after warranty expired they are asking for technician inspection charges... shameless and unethical business practices...
                              They have very poor back end service...when I logged in mobile and mail ID I am getting two different customer IDs... I am not sure which ID they are referring...No one bothered to call me back to solve the issue.I am thinking of throwing of this product and buying something else... I regret the time that I chose acquaguard.

                              I am not willing to pay any inspection charges. DO let me know if you can send one to renew this, I have cash 5000 with me... if you cannot new it without inspection charges, i think its time to end the relationship with the highly inefficient aquaguard.

                                  The indicator on the ro filter panel has been showing red for over four weeks. We lodged a complaint. The service engineer came and informed us that our filter had lived its life and it needed changing. As per our amc the change is only due in oct 2020. So we agreed to have it changed at cost. The engineer checked at the office but no filters were available and this has been the case for the last three weeks.
                                  Please supply filters and have this attended to on emergency basis.

                                      I am fb customer for more than 25 years. Till 2019, i had nova model for which i had service contract[protected] dated 30th may 2017 valid until 29th may 2020 (Customer code [protected] 0. However, i bought a new model genius+ model on 13th april 2019 sr, number[protected] and i was provided new customer code [protected]. I informed your sales man to get balance amount in nova contract refunded. Rs. 1721/- which he said that he will provide extra service after1 year warranty of new unit.
                                      During 1 year, new unit was serviced 1 time only 16th october 2019. The informed that they could not come in april 2020 due to locked down. I asked them 13.5 free service for new unit as promised by your sales man. They told that, our sales man had fooled me in april 2019 and no such compensatory service can be given. Since new unit was serviced once, they forced me to buy a new service contract for rs. 5800 (Receipt no. 815 032i8610. My talking to your abm noorula, he refused to help.
