Eureka Forbes — Cockroach in the Machine

I had purchase Enhance machine in October 2014...When the service technician came...the machine was fill with cockroach...we request him to please the change the machine immediately..but he said the seal was not proper and he has adjusted with a sealant...next day my son again spot the cockroaches...after I have being only given false promise ...I am horrified by this act of the company, , , , , I shall sent pictures to all our whats up and see that the company should not be in able to sell this product to other CUSTOMERS

We too have the cockroach in the Eureka Fobes Machine, i dont know what to do...am thinking what is the purpose of purchasing the purifier..when it is culminating the same.
I am also facing the same problem in my Aquaguard. I have the top model of Aquaguard genius and i am clueless how the cockroaches are getting in the tank.

Even i had complained earlier but service engineer just make up some stories and go away.

I bought Uv + Uf Enhance in October 2015, lately I am finding insects in my machine.
Last month I found a small centipede, again today I found a big black ant.
What is the use of water purifier if it cannot even block the entry of insects.
