Dear Sir/ Madam, I have Aquaguard i-nova water purifier at my home which is under AMC. It's on-off switch Button which is on front panel of machine has become loose and not working properly. Once water was not coming from purifier even after starting Aquaguard. Technician from Eureca Forbes had come in the month of January. He temporarily fixed button using cello tape. He told me that threads for fitting switch button sub-assembly on front cover of machine are worn out, so front cover needs to be replaced for permanent solution of the problem. He asked me to call Aqua Guard customer care and log a request for replacement of front cover. I logged request number 79967027 on 22nd January 2015. No one from Eureka Forbes came to replace front cover, so I created another request 80361326 on 22nd Feb 2015. Yet no one from Eureka Forbes has come to replace front cover of my i-nova. This is very bed experience. Eureka Forbes takes AMC money from customers like me, but not solving customer's problem even after multiple requests. Please see that my Aqua Guard problem gets fixed AEAP.

    Dear Sir, Kindly tell me the acceptable level of TDS level range minimum and maximum for Eureka Forbes Water filter of RO+UV model. What is the problem if it goes below minimum and if it goes above the maximum level. No body clarifies in your company. Whether they don't know or they try to avoid. Being a company you cannot avoid the me the customer. I want the clear cut answer from your end. Being the Eureka forbes filter customer, it is your duty to satisfy the doubts. Hope you will take this letter seriously and reply me immediately. Moreover I am getting municipal water and bore well water in different pipes. When connecting to water purifier, they say that it is better to connect to borewell water. Why not to connect to corporation water, which is already pure.       Respected Sir / Madam, I had purchased one EUROCLEAN STORM HIGH PRESSURE CLEANER [protected], ITEM CODE : GFCDEHPST00000 vide Inv. No. [protected] & Order No.[protected] on 06.02.2014. No paper was handed by the sales executive Mr. Parth Patel at the time of delivery. The Gun of the M/C started leaking badly hence I called Service Deptt. & a representative was sent by the deptt. to my residence. He collected the Gun on 09.11.2014 saying that he will have to get it examined by his seniors. The Gun malfunctioned just after 8 months of purchase, hence was handed over within the Warranty period (1 Year). On enquiring the Service Supervisor, Mr. Hemant Patel a No. of times, the replies given were that the case is being processed. As soon as 1 year from the date of purchase was over, the reply received was that the warranty has expired & you will have to purchase a new one. Kindly do the needful at your end & resolve this issue at the earliest & oblige. As a long time has elapsed after handing over the Gun, my cleaning work has got held up.         I have one Nova model Aquaguard.My Customer ID [protected]. I had lodge a service request No. [protected] dated 09.03.2015 at around 9.15 A.M for changing the block since earlier AMC has already over.

        But in-spite of several phone call to your customer care, I only received the assurance and no representative attended till date.

        Can you send your representative to resolve the problem immediately without any further delay.Iam very much upset for your performance at Kochi/ Kerala.

          In March 2013 I had paid an Annual Maintenance Contract fee of Rs.7430/- to Mr.Vinayagam-Poonamallee-Chennai branch to Eureka Forbes for a period of 2 years. No one has turned up for the servicing in Mar'14 till date. Your AMc payment receipt No. is 21492584. I have already booked a complaint and no response to that also. complaint no.[protected]. Kindly change/extend the AMC period to 2015 to 2017 and arrange to send your executive immediately.

            In March 2014 I had paid an Annual Maintenance Contract fee of Rs.3800/- appx to Eureka Forbes for a period of 3 years. Its been a year and noone has turned up for the servicing which should have been done twice in the past year. However, I had received a call from the executive Mr. Vikas on 11th March inquiring about the availability at my residence, I had informed him to come on saturday 14th March. Till afternoon as he did not turn up, I called and informed him and he said he would be there in half an hour. Till today no one has come for the servicing. Thereby indicating to me that you have many customers to service and one customer is not of importance. Hence I need the refund of the entire amount of Rs.3800/-

            Very disappointed and would advice everyone not to go in for the AMC at Eureka Forbes.

              Order details: Order number:[protected] Customer ID: [protected] Last week we have ordered your product AQUAGUARD BOOSTER through the branch ''P NO 2B SAMA MOHAN REDDY COMPLEX 3RD FLOOR SRI ‘GANESH NAGAR COLONY PANNAMAGUDA VANASTALIPURAM OPP PANNAMA GODOWN, For Sales Enquiries: [protected]'' (we paid total amount in cash on delivery. ) Details of your Employ: Anil, Employer ID: 907325 Unfortunately the product is faulty and since after 1 day, technical people have been visiting and trying to fix the issue but couldn't resolve still, but we don't want faulty piece, I was promised that they would replace the whole booster kit with new one. Sorry to say but your company representatives who installed the booster instrument at my home have shown very poor customer service with rude behavior of talking. I just had a word with your company guy, he said he would just replace the faulty part and not the whole booster kit (2 days earlier he promised to replace with new booster kit in couple of days) but now changed his words and saying he will replace only faulty part. I am not satisfied with their customer service and requested him to return the money according to your ''No Questions Asked Return Policy'' . I told him that since water contamination is severe issue and want to provide my parents good drinking water hence ordered this kit but now not satisfied and want money back, the guy replied in a harsh way saying that there is a water problem since ages then why did I ordered now only?? . I wasn't expecting this kind of service from your guys who represents your company reputation. I have taken the employer ID of another guy, Anil : 907325 . Please look after this issue as soon as possible, its been almost a week without any result.

              Its already been sent to your mouthshut.com inbox and promised last week through higher authorities (CEO- Mr Shroff & customer service head Ms. Anu Kotian) calls and mails from your company to refund my money in a month but I haven't received any confirmation receipt or anything from you.

              I believe only 24 days left to get my refund.

                Hello, I had purchased Euro Diva from Flipkart around 4-5 months back. I have done the follow ups, but no one has responded well. There is no reply from there side. The faulty piece have been taken by there representative is also not answerable.

FROM DAY ONE THE PRODUCT ENCOUNTERD PROBLEMS AND 3 TIMES SERVICE PERSON VISITED FOR SAME ISSUE & FOUND CODE VINDING PARTS TO BE REPLACED AFTER SO MANY FOLLOWUPS BUT NO UPDATE FROM SALES & TECHNICAL TEAM 45 DAYS LEFT TILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED REPLACEMENT & TOTALLY UPSET WITH PATHETIC SERVICE OF EUREKA FORCE . So please refund me back the complete amount of AMC paid as I wont be interested anymore to take any service. Also I will be sending in an email to Department of Health to get your product banned as you guys are only interested in selling your products and no service being given. I have been calling from last 2 days now and till now no one has even bothered to call back and ask me what exactly is the issue. Is this the way AMC customers are being handled :(. Pathetic Service never will recommend anyone on same. Now my kids have gone ill because of Candles and filters not been cleaned and changed from Last one Full year.                         Hi Team, I have raised a request with request no # 80676436 yesterday saying that my Aqua Sure water purifier is not working. It was told to me that within 24 hrs one of the service engineer will come and attend the problem. But till now no one has turned up to fix the problem. We are facing a serious problem in consuming the drinking water as we have this water purifier fixed to the drinking water tap. Request please check and action on it immediately.                           My name is Roshan, called Eureka Forbes for a new water purifier, My Order # is [protected]. I paid the full amount of 15, 500rs for Enhance Ro. I was told that the product will be delivered in 2 days by the sales representative and now it's been over a week and i haven't received my product yet for which I have paid in full cash. Nobody seems to care or call back to keep me notified even, i have been calling for one week and all they do and say is "you will get it tomorrow". THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED BY ANY COMPANY.

                            Hi, I had purchased one of the products of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard (AQUASURE NANO RO) from Eureka Forbes online portal, i.e. http://www.eurekaforbes.com/ShoppingCart/ on 1st of Mar 2015 but requested product has not been delivered to shipping address yet. I lodged a complaint on 11th Mar 2015 regarding this at customer care # 39883333 and they provided me reference number of the same as 91430202. I am calling them approx 2-3 times daily and they have no specific reason for this delay delivery. I asked them to return my money on 14 Mar 2015 but they asked me to wait for some more time, I today itself called to know status, but as usual their is no response. I just got a call from Vineet (Aquaguard CC executive) and he said we don't have this product available, please purchase some other! I requested him to return my money, but hes not sure when can be it possible. Please find resolution for same or its better if they can return my money with penalty.                             I purchased an Aquaguard Magna from a sales person in Bannerghatta road bangalore in August 2015. He said that the unit will fit in the allocated place in the kitchen, When the unit arrived, it didn't fit and the technician said the place it to compact for the product. I repeatedly called the sales person Mr.Mohan Kumar and there has been no resolution. I've asked him to take it back and refund the amount, on top of this multiple calls to the company just raises tickets...no action at all...
                            Please go for some other responsible company not Eureka Forbes.

                              with reference to the above subject i bought a new aquaguard classic model water purifier vide Dc. no. 24746621 dated 19.12.2014 thro emi. Rs. 919 scheme for 10 months. the first month of emi. Rs. 919 debited on 16 th Jan.2015. The second due Rs. 1319 debited 17th of feb.2015. instead of Rs. 919. I discussed with Mr. Kanagasabai Manager coimbatore Branch. He asked to contact their accounts Dept. Mr. vinodh He promised to adjust in the excess amount by the next month. Meanwhile the 3rd due also debited on 12th mar. 2015 as Rs. 1319 instead of Rs. 519. Today i contacted mr. vinodh again, he forwarded to call mr. Ravi. of the same offfice, coimbatore branch. Nobody had taken interest to resolve my request. Please do the needful or otherwise i have to give instruction to bank to stop the payment for further dues.                                 I have a aquaguard clasic filter. The nozzle pipe connecting water supply to the aquaguard got damaged. It is neither available in open market nor at your service center. More over service center personel are of little help. I do not want to enter into a AMC contract, this policy of the company is restrictive trade practice and i plan to lodge a complain with Competition Commission of india

                                Contact no [protected], and please don't advise me to enter into an AMC, I just want a service center where I can take the equipment and get it serviced of course with payment for the service.

                                wow fully eureka forbes does not have such service centers.
                                the company does not even cared to contact, which speaks of the good customer service it renders!!!

                                  I was a proud owner Eureka Forbes Auqasure RO water purifier 3 months back. But the recent turn of events has just eroded away my confidence in the quality of Eureka Forbes products & services. After one year for satisfactory usages of RO, I took AMC of the product trusting the services in Nov’15. As per terms all the filters were replaced and service guy assured me that I need not worry for one more year. Now I realize that was an intended pun on me. On 26th Feb’15 I noticed black particles in my water tank and reduced flow for which I complained with pics to customer care . The complaint was attended on 5th March’15 .However within 15 days, I noticed the same black deposits in tank with almost NIL water flow. I escalated the matter and the technician attended my home. As expected he said that the carbon filter needs to be replaced and I have to pay for it as per policy. I was surprised, why should I pay for a product replaced only 4 months before. After insisting I was given a free replacement but now I have to worry about other filters in place. I was assured I was being given new genuine products at the time of AMC but now I realize that none of filters were in sealed pack. I was either handed over the refurbished products as the products are the sole discretion of service franchises or Eureka Forbes has started minting money over substandard products which don’t even last for 6 months. A good way to make money, at first charge the customer for AMC and then by handing sub-standard products, keep changing the filters and making money. The guy even took back my old filters which might be used to fit in other machines in the name of AMC. It would be pretty interesting if Eureka Forbes checks that filters are new or refurbished ones. As I think, any new product does have a warranty for at least 1 year/6 months and if as said that all the filters have been replaced with new, I believed RO should be as good as new one but not with Eureka Forbes at least. Also no receipts are provided for individual filters. The so called new carbon filter worked for 3 months with external filer in place/inlet water TDS measuring only 120-150 / no refitting /service only by authorized service center/ usage of hardly -6-8 ltrs a day. I have learnt from my mistake and will perhaps never opt for Eureka Forbes RO or the AMC service again. Anyways I am pretty sure the strategy is working for Eureka Forbes and my letter will not be given heed to. Dikins [protected] dikins.[protected]@yesbank.in

                                    I had purchased a water purifier Aquaguard AG - MAGNA RO+UV, (Customer Id [protected]) on 28-Feb 2014 and I was told it would be delivered by 4-Mar0-2015. It has been 10 days since the las date but the delivery has not happened. The reason always has been given by the logistics company that delivery is not possible after 6:30 PM on a working day or has not been delivered as agreed on saturday. Looking at the pathetic situation I had also submitted a request to cancel the order but no response so far. Deepak Kutty [protected]

                                      I am using Eureka Forbes Total Enhance RO. water taste changed, I complained in customer service and I asked to check my unit .No one coming to service.80567211, 80605030, 80633067, 80657229, these are my complaint number.I dont no how to get service

                                        Since the last FOUR WEEKS I have been calling the Service centre at Satara. I must have made AT LEAST 20 TO 30 phone calls to your office. Your Service centre executive Mr. Dhananjay is a LIAR, he informs me that he will come and visit me but REFUSES to do so. From yesterday, I have called him up NO LESS than 7 times. Each time he responded saying that he will visit me shortly. IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE EUREKA FORBES PROVIDES TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER WHO HAS BOUGHT- Two Vacuum Cleaners, One Water Purifier and one Storm machine? I am thoroughly disgusted with you people, if this complaint is not addressed, I will step up my complaint to the Consumer Redressal Forum. I dont know how you employ such in your organisation, who are so UNPROFESSIONAL.
