Hi, i own a aquaguard RO enhance model and is on AMC for the 3rd consecutive year. I rarely call the customer care, but when i do for any issue the service is very poor. Its been 4 days since i registered a complaint, but no one has attended till now. My mobile no. is [protected] and the complaint ref no. is [protected]. I had called 3 times to remind your customer care and all that they do is give me assurance of sending someone at the earliest, but no one has turned up till now.
I would like to redress this issue to the consumer redressal forum here in chennai if continues to be unattended . I am quiet surprised inspite of being in chennai, a metro city, it takes unusual so long to even attend a complaint that too for a customer on a AMC .
I also feel aquaguard shoud take steps to cancel contract of such irresponsible service centers, which only spoils eureka forbes reputation.

A aqua guard executive visited my home yesterday and solved the issue finally . It would be great if the executives attend to the issues within the stipulated time in future and if they cant, atleast let us know the reasons for the delay, so we will be too happy to cooperate.
I appreciate aquaguard for taking up this matter seriously and solving my case . The service executive ( mukesh) who visited me was so polite and did a great job .I am happy it ended up this way . Thanks
