Very machine ive ever purchased. Aquaguard is the worst brand ive ever used we also have kent and all the part are easily available.the main thing is that was purchsed top end model of aquaguard geneus. That no one can in the whole district. Now we planned to hire a lawyer and post a complaint to court for this thing.

    I have booked a water purified on 20.02.2015 with your company through one Mr. Virendera Singh Cell No. [protected] and have issued a cheque for an amount of Rs. 10, 490/- for purchase of the product. I was told that the machine will be supplied to me by monday. Thereafter I have been constantly calling him for supply of the product. However, till date I have not received the delivery but only false promises that machine is on the way and will be delivered to you anytime. I can show you the call records from my mobile.

    In view of the above, I call upon you to investigate the matter, why the machine has not been delivered to me till date and what is the status.

    Without prejudice to above, I intend to initiate action for deficiency in service, which please not,

      Hi, i own a aquaguard RO enhance model and is on AMC for the 3rd consecutive year. I rarely call the customer care, but when i do for any issue the service is very poor. Its been 4 days since i registered a complaint, but no one has attended till now. My mobile no. is [protected] and the complaint ref no. is [protected]. I had called 3 times to remind your customer care and all that they do is give me assurance of sending someone at the earliest, but no one has turned up till now. I would like to redress this issue to the consumer redressal forum here in chennai if continues to be unattended . I am quiet surprised inspite of being in chennai, a metro city, it takes unusual so long to even attend a complaint that too for a customer on a AMC . I also feel aquaguard shoud take steps to cancel contract of such irresponsible service centers, which only spoils eureka forbes reputation. thanks for any response in advance, and let me know if you need any futher details

It would be great if the executives attend to the issues within the stipulated time in future and if they cant, atleast let us know the reasons for the delay, so we will be too happy to cooperate. I appreciate aquaguard for taking up this matter seriously and solving my case . The service executive ( mukesh) who visited me was so polite and did a great job .I am happy it ended up this way .         I have moved to a new location in Bangalore from Garebhavipalya to Electronic City on 22nd Feb 2015. Raised a re installation request (no[protected] for the Aqua Guard Enhance RO+UV model on 23rd Feb 2015. On 24th one service engineer called me and told that he is going to come next day (ie 25th Feb). Ok fine. On 25th I called that engineer and he replied that he is not going to come and he has given a number of a 2nd service engineer. I called 2nd service engineer and he told that he is going to come next day (ie 26th Feb). On 26th morning when I called that 2nd engineer he also replied the same as told by 1st engineer that he is not going to come. Some other service person will come to attend this request. I have raised a complain (no 91336606 dated 25th Feb 2015) but no action has been taken so far. I am really disappointed and thinking why I have taken Aqua Guard. They are having a 3rd class service depertment.
        I don't know what shall I do. From where I shall get the work done.

          I had taken AMC for two years from 13.3.13 to 12.3.15 from eureka forbes after paying Rs.2400/- for my water purifier Forbes Designa. But after that only a time your service personnel visited us on 14.1.2014 that to after repeated phone calls. Now the AMC is on the verge of its termination period and for the last one month I have been contacting your service centres here at Calicut but no service is being done. I even complained in your toll free number [protected] and complaint is registered on18.2.2015 and my request is registered as [protected]and cust-id is [protected]. Please do the needful at the earliest or I will be constrained to take appropriate legal action against the company.

            Dear Sir, I have purchased Aqua guard Compact on 18.02.2015 from Online.my Customer ID is [protected] and my registered mobile no is [protected]. At the time of the sale so many false commitments, sales representative said that your installation will be done within 48 hours of product delivery. My product delivered on the date 21.02.2015 and i have called customer care they said that it will be installed within 48 hours. I have wait for 48 hours nothing happened.Then i have complained on 23rd Feb 15 nothing happened no one called me. Again i have complained on 24th Feb 15(complain no-[protected]) one technician called me(ph no-[protected]) and told me today is not possible.On 25th Feb after so many follow up one person come for installation around 2pm. But he have not sufficient tools to fit and told me a plumber required and left the product without installation.In between this i have again complained they told that your request forward to the respective representative he will contact you your installation will be done soon.and Activity no([protected]) generated for my complain no([protected]). Is this good and quick service provided by Eureka Forbes??? I am really disappointed with the service of company after ordered from online.Its a bad and terrific experience with Eureka Forbes. I will suggest my friends and my colleague don't go for online shopping. At the time of sale they will give you all commitment but after sold out of the product they don't value their customer.Also i am going to share this with social network(Facebook and twitter).People please don't go for online shopping for any product from Eureka Forbes.

              our AQUAGUARD RO (silver) has stopped refilling since yesterday early morning.we spoke to local eureka forbes personnel who asked us to send sms REQ to a number.we received confirmation of complaint registration as well.
              It also seems that our change of address in january( from secunderabad to vizag) has'nt been upgraded in your records.i then called your toll free number and they quoted our present address correctly (although they denied the knowledge of change in address initially).the customer care person ensured 24hrs service but we are yet to find help.since its a matter of drinking water should'nt it be resolved ASAP?and yes the product was reinstalled by your firm personnel.

              Extremely disappointing behaviour.Not at all expected from your firm.

                    Dear Eureka Forbes, I am a customer using your water purifier product. ITS ALREADY 7 DAYS AM I OVERHEARD???????????????/ U DON'T VALUE YOUR CUSTOMER...I have an Aquaguard, which I am using it from long time. I have made a complaint on 17th February. [Req No - [protected]]. Nobody attended the request till today. So I called up Area Manager Mr. Siddharth ([protected]), Then after that got call from Radheashyam, said will be coming on the next day, He came but went back that certain part to be replaced and said will come back next day, But till today he DIDN"T . I called the STATE MANAGER Mr. MAHINDRA ([protected]), he said the technician will come shortly. TILL TODAY NO ONE CAME.Again I ESCALATED a CALL oon Your WEBSITE. Till TODAY NO BODY RESPONDEDTHIS is Not My First Experience, Before also IT HAPPENED so MANY Times That had To CALL the Area MANAGER then ONLY the PROBLEM get resolved. Your service sucks. And more over the customer care doesn't even respond.I never expected this kind of service from a company like EUREKA FORBES. Why do you have such irresponsible people, who neither can work properly.Please look into this. And let me know about a solution to this issue.

                        Recently I had a problem with my Aqua Guard water filter RO which was bought before 5 years. I contacted a service executive in Chennai and he shared a mobile number [protected]. This person is Damodharan who worked with Aquaguard before 2 years. He visited my home and replaced all my filters and the taste of the water didn’t change even 10%. On installing the filters there was a leak and he was unable to repair / replace a small part. He informed us he will be back and upon repeated times of reminder he didn’t turn up. After 15 days I called the customer care, they informed this guy is not from Aquaguard. The filter he replaced is not original it was local duplicate. He has charged me 4800 Rs and now it’s a lost. I replaced the original filters with the company person and it was not working excellent.

R (Registered mobile no:[protected]) Following commitments were given by your sales executive at the time of selling the machine: 1. 3 months once they will service the machine for one year (4 times) ( Only 3 Services completed so far) 2. On installation the water sample will be taken and a report will be given (Water sample taken no report was given) Please look in this and get back to us at the earliest.

                          Till today non of your executives called up or attended. I my self called them and they changed the 2 filter's and collected Rs. 2845/- vide Lakshmi Vilas Bank Cheaque No:[protected] dt.6.03.2015 but not specified what is the problem.

                            I HAVE AN INOVA AQUAGUARD MACHINE WHICH I PURCHASED ABOUT4-5 YEARS AGO. I HAVE THIS UNDER ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. THE SERVICING DONE IS OF EXTREMELY POOR STANDARD. I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY. THE PEOPLE ARRIVE WITHOUT FIRST CALLING. MY MACHINE HAS FUNGUS GROWING IN THE COMPARTMENT TO BE CLEANED ONLY BY THE COMPANY- PEOPLE. IT HAS STOPPED WORKING NOW- NO WATER GOING IN AT ALL!!! I WOULD DISCOURAGE OTHERS FROM BUYING THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE OF POOR AFTER-SALES-SERVICE.

                              Details- Model No: Pro(+) Unit No: 6002507 Dealer Name: Dharani enterprise Order No: 599 Dated: 17/8/12 Issues Faced- 1. From the very first day TDS is 100 2. Within 3 months 2 times filter changed 3. 10th month - malfunctioning of pump reported and was changed only after several request that too after a long time 4. On 12th month external filter was provided, but within next 3 months membrane also changed. And in the span of next 6 months membrane has been changed thrice. We spent around Rs.6000 for the above. 5. Now TDS was above 200, once again they are asking to change membrane and pump 6. Machine was dismantled on 26/9/14 and they didn’t even bother to come and reassemble it Kindly provide a solution for this.

                                i am R.Thulasidoss from HOSUR. We made AMC for 2012 (2years), I have paid ~7500Rs for the same. After that nobody taking care for AMC from EF, They are focusing only on Money .. We frequent / Forced called for AMC, Then only they will come.. They visit 2 ~ 3 visit only. And Now they are asking to Another AMC for the same. And i purchased new D&W vacuum cleaner from EF, During that time i have asked the Rep to attend the WATER also, they are committed to do . Based on this i have paid 1000Rs and 13000rs as DD. Then i called many time to contact, There is no response . So that I am going to Block DD which i given, Till EF come back..

                                      Sir, I regret to inform you that I am facing a lot of problem of drinking water for last 20 days since i am been taken for a ride by your pathetic service department.My name is Mr.Anjani Kumar Goel and i am a customer of your esteemed company for last several years.My latest AMC contract no is 24241677 dated 20/12/2014 which i have renewed for 2 years. Your service engineer visited my place on around 2nd Feburary 2015 after I registered my complain on your online complain registering system.He inspected the water purifier and informed us that the Pump needs to be changed.But to our utter surprise he told us that due to the month end the spares will not be issued for replacement due to stock taking.I ant to know is it our headache that its month end and the spares will not be issued? As a customer i would like my problem to be solved as soon as possible.He asked us to raise another complain so that he will come back and replace the faulty part. We registered the complaint the very next day on your online system but we didnt get any response for about 10 days which forced us to lodge another complain again on your online system but still there was no response from your engineers. Since there was no response for about 15 days from your company I contacted Mr.Sai Ram from Banglore at [protected] and appraised him about my problem.He was quick to respond and the engineer visited my place today. But again the explanation given by him for replacing the faulty part surprised me.He told us that we need to contact some lady and gave her number to me (I will share the number in my subsequent mail) without which my faulty part will not be replaced.Is this the procedure followed by your company.That means i will have to rum from pillar to post to get my problem solved.Even when we informed your engineer that the taste of the water is bitter, he saw the level with the meter as was trying to hide the facts about the level of toxicity which I could see invariably and it was 143. I am very much disappointed by the service provided by your company inspite of renewing my contract with in time.This is not the first time I am contacting you for service issues.After all its a mater of drinking water and after shelling out money for te same i am still running around to have drinking water for my family. I hope my problems will be taken care off immediately both the faulty part replacement and the water taste issue. Awaiting a quick and positive reply from your end.                                         I have purchased aqua guard compact purifier on 2 Feb 2015 online, Till now that product is not installed, At the time of purchasing these sales executive lied to me that they will install that product within two days. And when I call to customer care they also lies within two days we will install it, and when I ask for complaint number they are not giving any.
