Eureka Forbes — Complain not solved since almost one month

Dear sir, please refer to my service request cm[protected] done on 30 june 2025. This is for my eureka forbes water filter purchased in june 2024. Some days back though it is in warranty period it stopped working. The technician came and told that he would have to replace one panel. When I called him he told that the panel is not available. He then told since spare part is not available. You contact mr. Rejis at [protected]. I had called this manager several times there after he received my call and told me to send my complaint number in whatsapp on july 16 2025 and he will get back. I did the same. But he never called back to satisfy my case. I again called him on 23rd july 2025. He told me to resend the whatsapp. When I sent him he told he is on leave and wont see my case. So I tried calling him today. Today too he is not receiving my call forget solving my case which has reached him 15 days back. This sarkari babu type attitude is not at tolerable. I have to pay daily for purchasing a 10 litre safe drinking water. Since last one month I am incurring rs. 100 daily as we are joint family. Such a unfreindly attitude of your manager is not at all appreciated. If I have to undergo such a trauma, I will have to file a case in consumer court. Rajesh earimmal, trivandrum, [protected]
