AMC service not attended till date.
As given to understand on 4.5.25, the AMC service request CM[protected] is cancelled by the service head without my involvement to do away with the delay he had caused with false reason as remark.
Further, a new request is created on 21.3.25 again not attended but was cancelled on 31.3.2025. Ref. CM[protected]. This also is cancelled further with same un-true reasons.
Subsequently on 31.3.2025, one more complaint is registered by EU service team Ref CM[protected], again is not attended till date.
Overall delay is more than 32 days against their stated policy of 24 Hrs for completing such complaints.
I had paid the amount online for the AMC renewal and got it on 3.3.25 but the related service, change of filters, etc. is not yet done.
My repeated requests to customer care 53 nos. and around 16 emails are not yielding fruits.
Request for immediate service or pay for the losses and mental torture incurred for their delay, refund of the AMC with penal interest and proper action on the service team so that they will abstain from cheating any more customer.
Customer care executives go on promising action within 24 Hrs. but no result till date.
The customer grievance team is again giving false promises and information on the service complaints cancellation.
Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
