Eureka Forbes — complaint against eureka forbes refund request for silver amc (1, 799)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I booked the Silver AMC (₹1, 799) for my Aquaguard Astor UV through the Eureka Forbes website, but the assigned technician is deliberately delaying visits and making excuses to pressure me into paying extra. He also insists that I should have booked through him instead of the website.

Moreover, customer service has been extremely unhelpful, providing no resolution despite multiple follow-ups.

Since the service is not being provided as promised, I demand an immediate refund of my payment. Please process the refund at the earliest and confirm.

If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further through legal consumer forums.
