I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Eureka Forbes Ltd. for their inadequate service and failure to honor the terms of my Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for my water purifier.
Details of the Issue

o Validity: Jan 23, 2024 to Jan 22, 2025 ( Also renewed till 2026, which is upcoming AMC)
3. Complaint:
o I raised a service request to get my water purifier repaired/serviced on 12th Dec 2024. Despite repeated follow-ups through phone calls and emails to their customer service team at [protected]@eurekaforbes.com, no technician has been assigned to resolve my issue.
o I received an email promising resolution within 24 hours, but this has not been honored.
4. History of Similar Issues:
o Over the past year, I have faced delays for every service request under this AMC. Despite paying for the contract, I have consistently had to chase the company for services that should have been provided proactively.
5. Impact of Negligence:
o Prolonged delays in service have caused inconvenience to my family, especially as this pertains to a product critical for safe drinking water.
o The consistent disregard for their commitments has caused immense frustration and loss of trust in the brand.
Relief Sought
1. Immediate servicing of the water purifier and resolution of the current issue.
2. Refund for the remaining validity period of the AMC due to deficient service.
3. Compensation for the inconvenience caused by their negligence.

Conclusion
Eureka Forbes' repeated failure to address my concerns amounts to a breach of service terms. I urge the forum to intervene and ensure that I receive fair resolution.

My machine with details:- Dr AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD UV, Customer ID:- [protected], Component ID:[protected], Serial No:- [protected] (AMC Expired on 11th August 2024). The AMC contract was for two years starting from 11th August 2022. But, no technician's visit was there after 11th August 2023. Then why the fee collected for two years? You may verify your details. I am attaching the details from my side. So, I want to get back half of the amount paid back.

      We purchased 200 water purifiers from EUREKA ENTERPRISES in Sector 49, Gurgaon, and PVC cards were lost in us, and till now nothing has been done after investigation. OWNERS RAJ PANDAY says that Shiv Mittal will himself do the service, Shiv Mittal says that we do not have any PCV CARD, our AQAGURADS want to be replaced, we are very worried.

        New product robotic vaccum smartclean pro not functioning correctly

        The Robotic Vaccum purchased 3 days back the mopping does not seem to function and the water quantity levels dont seem to work. Also few other features dont seem to work as prescribed like Restricted Area in the Map.

        After raising complaints no one seems to respond and cancel the complaints from backend.

        Service Center guys says Demo person should resolve this if he has not given detailed demo u need to reach...

        I am totally frustrated and mentally upset.

        I am horrified at the service quality. They are extremely lax at their attitude and frankly don't care a damn for customers.

        Reputed company and had trust on Eureka Forbes, but disappointed

        I am a customer for past 17 years and wanted to go for new model, but struggling

        Slim tech which was installed on Oct 21st and it is not working as expected. Technician told me that the sensor was not working properly, so he tried calling the manager and did a couple of things. Taken a video while the sensor is not working, will share if you need it.

        Also, one more thing, when the power is off, I cannot use the water since it is digitalized.

        I asked the Sales guy, Rakesh[protected] if Slim tech will work when no power and he promised it will work during Demo

          I have no other option except to express my annoyance right now since this is out of hand. In order to serve its customers and ensure their pleasure, such a reputable organization should adhere to certain ethical standards.

          I was forced to spend 450 rupees to replace the filter a week ago after being told Shyam Sunder Reddy ([protected]) will take care of the problem. After installing a new one, the problem still persists. After making several complaints, he mentioned that he will order some spare parts on 3rd Dec and now stopped picking my calls.I am continuously trying to call him and customer care and your Customer care is worst ever, they do not have any update on anything and i have been falsely promised each time that they escalate and i get call within 1 hour which never happened till now.

          Not the guy Shyam has blocked my number, so if I attempt to phone him, he picks up the call and hangs up as soon as he recognizes my voice from my alternate number. He has also blocked my alternate number, which he picks up when I try to call it. I'm not sure whether you have a network of con artists. I have no idea if my product will ever be fixed. Shyam has the time to send me SMS messages but chooses to ignore my call by claiming to be busy. I truly have no idea what keeps customer support agents occupied throughout working hours, especially when a situation has escalated.

          I am unsure of what you will be doing because I have been complaining about your defective goods since February and my issues have not yet been fixed. I would expect you to take some time to address the issue with your staff & refund my money. I won't be recommending anybody to purchase any of your items in the future because of the poor customer service and the unreliable service staff. Overall, it was a really difficult event for me to go through. If the firm does not give me a refund, I will proceed with legal action.

            I have purchased order number #GKF1K8BJ85690365: Aquaguard Delight NXT RO+UV+UF+MC Aquasaver water purifier on[protected] but I haven't received the water purifier yet.
            I have made several complaints but there is no resolution.
            I have applied for refund but till date I have not received any update on the status of my refund process. I keep getting answer from the online customer support that they have transferred my case to the concerned department and it's been 2 weeks that the so called concerned department has not given the update of my refund.
            It's quite frustrating that such a renowned company has such a lack of chain where we find difficulties to get the refund of my own money.

            Can you please refund my money as soon as possible.

              Hello,

              I had called customer care for an enquiry for filter change, and they succeed to hand me over and gold plan AMC mentioned same day I will get service with reference number CM[protected]and after 2 days I took many follow ups and there is no sign of getting service and customer care representative telling there is no option to cancel AMC and get refund back.

              Eureka Forbes is getting worst day by day with poor service and careless customer care.

              I need refund. I will go for another purifier company but not you since I am paying money to purchase water from outside.

                I renewed the AMC on 24th Nov 24, but no one has visited to install the filters. I raised several complaints, and every time they assure to escalate it for redressal but nothing happens. No one has attended it as yet

                They are even refusing to refund the AMC now.

                  I am writing this email out of frustration and deep concern regarding the state of our RO system, which is under your CMC contract valid until June 2025. Despite repeated follow-ups, it took considerable effort to get a technician to visit our home today.

                  As a loyal customer, we have always trusted Eureka Forbes, handing over our RO system for servicing without questioning the process. However, during today's inspection alongside your technician, we discovered shocking issues that have left us extremely disappointed and worried:

                  Bypassed Filters and Sensors:

                  Several filters, including the mineral filter, appear to have been bypassed in the system.
                  The TDS control sensor was found disconnected from the system entirely.
                  Health and Safety Concerns:

                  These issues make us question the water quality we’ve been consuming for months. It's deeply concerning to think that we may have been drinking unpurified water, potentially putting our family’s health at risk.
                  Unacceptable Contract Dispute:

                  Your technician claims that the choked filters are not covered under the CMC contract. This is unacceptable and feels like a breach of trust, as we expected the contract to include maintenance and ensure the proper functioning of the system.
                  I am utterly disappointed with the lack of accountability and the service quality we've experienced. Eureka Forbes has been a name synonymous with trust, but this experience has shaken our confidence in your brand.

                  I demand the following actions immediately:

                  Inspection by a Senior Technician: Send a senior and experienced technician to conduct a thorough inspection of the system and address all issues identified.
                  Replacement of Faulty Components: Filters, sensors, or any other defective parts must be replaced without delay. We expect this to be covered under the CMC as part of your commitment to maintaining the system.

                      I raised a complaint with Aquaguard on 18th November. Our machine is not working. The technician assigned told us that the area that we live in is not under his team and told us that he will re-assign it to a different team which is related to our area. It has been 5 days since then and no one has been assigned. I have called the customer care, emailed them, whatsapped them more than 15 times now and every time they say that my issue will be fixed in 24 hours and that they have escalated the issue, but they have done nothing to fix my issue. They just keep giving me false promises and do absolutely nothing.

                      I have 4 aquaguard systems at 4 of my houses and I am going to burn them all if this is how they treat their loyal customers.

                        I have entered in to AMC for above product 13 June 2022 for three years and paid advance charges.

                        As per agreement company has to replace Filter Cartridge every year in June.
                        They had not given cartridge in 2023 and after lots of complaints they supplied me after three months
                        same issue for 2024 till now they have not replaced the cartridge and my family is drinking non hygienic water
                        During last visit in current month I asked service engineer to replace the cartridge & he checked with office they replied that it is already replaced
                        I asked the engineer to check date mention on Cartridge which was January 2024
                        I have asked if you have replaced why date is Jan 2024 & inform that I have not received the cartridge.
                        Even after making lots of request, it is not yet replaced.

                            I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by your technician on 22 oct 2024 Despite paying for the service and amc contract, the machine was not mounted securely to the wall. As a result, the machine fell over this morning, causing significant water damage to my home.

                              I purchased a 1-year AMC (Customer ID: [protected]) on 23rd October, but it has been 18 days and no technician has contacted me yet. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no response.

                              I even called the toll-free number, which is misleading because it’s not actually free. I had to recharge my phone, and within just 5 minutes, ₹20 was deducted. The customer support agents simply say, "We will resolve it soon, " but nothing happens after that.

                              I have also tried reaching out through the company’s Facebook page and on X (formerly Twitter), but I get the same empty promises with no action taken.

                              To make matters worse, after paying for the AMC online through the app, I realized there’s no refund policy. This feels like a way to trap customers without providing the promised service. I strongly advise others not to purchase AMC online until the company resolves these issues.

There is 10 days return policy for this. as we want to return this, request was generated for the same on 7th Nov 24, but till date we are getting reply on mail from different users from customer support that it will be addressed at the earliest. call log no.                                     They took my hard-earned money and are getting their salaries from it, yet they fail to provide the support I deserve.
