Dear Sir/Madam,
I am very disappointed with the service provided for my Aquaguard water purifier.
My purifier stopped dispensing water, so I registered a service request. After inspection, the technician informed me that the filter is damaged and needs replacement at an approximate cost of ₹5, 500.
However, my purifier is under a valid AMC. The last AMC renewal date was 10.12.2025, and approximately 6 months of AMC coverage are still remaining. I fail to understand why I am being asked to pay such a high amount when the machine is covered under AMC.
If the filter has failed within such a short period, it raises concerns about the quality and durability of the parts supplied by your company. The technician also stated that the machine has become "obsolete, " whereas the purifier is only about 4 years old.
At present, I am not in a position to spend ₹5, 500 on repairs. I request Aquaguard to provide a suitable resolution under the AMC terms and clarify why the filter replacement is not being covered.
If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will be forced to discontinue using Aquaguard products and may not renew or recommend Aquaguard services in the future.
I request your urgent intervention and a fair solution.
Regards,
CHANDAN SINGH
