Eureka Forbes — Complaint regarding water RO ( customer ID [protected])

Paid Water RO AMC payment to eureka forbes on 23rd aug'26 and raised the service complain and change of filter.

After two days technician visit and didn't change the filter and asked to pay two more years AMC charges for replacement of filter where as we already paid approx rs 6000 for filter change and water RO service. he is blackmailing us and demanded extra money to change filters.

request company to either get filter changed with servicing or initiate our refund of AMC payment on urgent basis.
