[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — customer care not responding despite multiple request raised | |||
Pathetic is not the word here to describe eureka forbes customer care. we have raised a re-installation request no [protected] on 26th Nov and again on 29th Nov and again on 1st Dec and again on 3rd Dec. But Eureka Forbes call center and customer service has been totally ignorant to all calls and requests. eureka forbes is very proactive in collecting annual maintenance cheques from us but they ensure there is no action on complaints and request that customers raise.
