I ordered a provogue ladies watch online from "http://www.provogue.com/eureka-offers" and i payed rs.449 for this product but i didn't get any message regarding order. I dont have any order reference number, not even received txt id.
So please rectify my problem or provide any number so that i can track my order.
Also let me know how to track the order.

    My registered mobile number is [protected] and i have been chasing the eurekaforbes customer care since past 2months but no use!
    For my water softner, i have raised couple of complaints saying that water is getting stagnated in main unit.
    Eureka technicians have just came and left doing nothing. Now water is overflowing and its in worst condition within 6months o[censored]sage and its still under warranty.

    On 26aug2019 once again raised complaint with number [protected] on the same issue. Technician came and left without doing nothing and he simply closed the ticket.

    Since there is no option to reopen the closed ticket, again on 31aug2019 raised new complaint with number [protected] for the same. Though it has been more than 10days - till now none have come.
    Raised complaint on technician [protected] - even on this no response.

    We are a community of 450+ families, and others are inquiring about water softner. I purposefully asking them not to go for eurekaforbes just because of this worst service and irresponsible technicians and customercare.

    Also, the actual technician is never coming and he is sending someone else.
    Please do the needful at the earliest.

      One number of dr. Aquaguard magna ro+uv was purchased on 29.05.18 against bill no. 1346. Now, on 13.08.19 amc was done for one year with rs. 5020.00. Another rs. 1060.00 had been charged extra for replacement of outside iron remover cartridge.
      The telephone indicator of the machine had not been working properly just after completion of warranty period and it was shown to the person who attended to do the maintenance contract. But he intimated that this telephone indicator adapter is out of the amc of the machine.
      Now, my question is that why it is out of the amc of the machine when it is a part of the main machine.
      If i want to buy the said water purifier without the telephone indicator can it be sold to me? If not, then why extra charge for amc will be applicable for the telephone indicator separately?
      Request you to look into the matter carefully and arrange to do the needful immediately.

        Again this quarter service was delayed and from last two weeks this service boy told he will come this saturday phone no[protected] and when i called him today he says he cant come.. I have paid for two years service and this is how your service boy talks.. If you cant service why do you take money from customers??

        Every time i should raise complaint and then only you resolve issues or can do something to fix this issue permanently???

          They literally spoiled the machine due to their poor knowledge about the product. It is purely failure of their after sales otherwise. Being a prestigious brand representative they don't know how to handle the customers. They even don't have their products informations and technicality. Under-skilled to handle, repair or diagnose the problems. We have eureka forbs dr. Aquaguard purifier. Magna hd ro+uv with biotron technology. It was working fine since its purchase (In 2015) working fine. Product is very robust as we had very hard wain our locality. Thus we are serving and maintaining it very well. Periodically the consumables, membranes and cartridges have been replaced as per their schedule. Few days back service was due and one of service executives was contacted on 24th aug 2019 and they deputed technician to attend on 25th of aug'19. He enforced to avail the amc as which is more advantageous he explained. (Mr. Sameer [protected], technician). He collected the amc amount via cheque dated 25th aug 2019. For an amount of 5300. Inr. With old parts he went away. He tried and struggled lot to replace the aggregates. Even after replacement of new cartridge and membranes the water taste was not up the mark. I asked him about that but he convinced that it would take some time to enhance the taste. After about 1 to 2 drains of tank the taste will come he claimed. I even asked to show the tds level. 'poor guy' he doesn't had that instrument too. After about 3 to 4 tank cycles i. E. 2 days water taste was improved. But what happened don't know from 3rd day onward machine was stopped working. I called the sameer but call not received. Even after several attempts he was not responded. I waited for a day then given instructions to bank on (29th) to stop payment to cheque which is issued, which was not still produced to bank.

From the date of purchase every month it is a problem in product (More then 10 times i was registered complaint from[protected]. Technician come and suggest change some filters accordingly i have changed.               Hi,
              I have raised request for my water purifier not working on 10th August.
              The guy came and said the circuit board needs to replace and will be done next day.

              I am waiting since then have raised the request multiple times on phone as well as through mail but every single time I am assured within 24hours your issue will be resolved.
              I am not sure when there 24hours will be completed.

              When talked to the local guy who visited my premises he says the office has not yet provided the PCB(circuit board) till now.
              I am not sure what to do next.

                    I am the poor chap who believed in tall promises of aquaguard and purchased dr aquaguard geneus + model few months back in pune. As i was going to be shifted to chennai, i asked about the capability of this model to purify the chennai water.

                    The aquaguard team in pune confirmed that the geneus + model is best suited and i should go for it. Accordingly, i purchased the model.

                    After initial issues (First piece was defective and which was replaced by another piece) it worked for a month in pune and then when it got shifted in chennai my problems restarted.

                    First the inordinate delay by your chennai service team ensured that i have to depend on mineral water for 42 days before the water purifier was fitted in my chennai home. But within a month the problems resurfaced and now the purifier has stopped working. I have raised the request on wednesday 28th august and it was confirmed that someone will visit within 4 hours. However no one has turned up even after 40 hours. Everyday when we follow up the standard reply comes from your call agent - within 4 hours someone will visit but seems that aquaguard's clock is very different.

                    So kindly let us know for how many days or months we have to wait. Tell us exact days and honour that committment so that we won't bother you again.

                    Besides, in case your purifier is incapable for chennai water, please do let us know we will replace it with ro smith purifier. But don't give false promises

                    I hope atleast now i will get some prompt response and solution from aquaguard team

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      This is to intimate that i had telephonically requested one of your staff named mr. Sharma whose mobile no. Is [protected] for the repair of my aqua guard machine today at about 08:30 hrs.in the morning.
                      Instead of attending the complaint, he insisted that first i should take the amc as it is due in september 2019 and then he will do the needful.
                      I assured him that i will take the amc by paying the amount in 2-3 days, but he kept arguing with his rude behavior that he will attend the complaint only after taking the amc.
                      I asked him to repair the machine as there was no drinking water and i shall pay accordingly.
                      He again insisted to first take the amc and then my complaint shall be entertained. Then, he reluctantly denied to attend the complaint stating that today being sunday, he has not brought the tab and so he will not be able to attend the complaint and asked me to register the online complaint on [protected] which was done by me at around 08:58 and the message was received informing me that my service request no. Is [protected] on my mobile no. [protected] for the same. I asked him once he is not having his tab then what for he has come to my place of residence. He said that he has come to get the amc done and if i do it, he will attend my complaint and rectify the fault.
                      It is earnestly requested to look into the matter at the earliest/immediately and the said person should be dealt with strict disciplinary action.
                      Such type of rude and foul-mouthed person are spoiling the image of the company.

                        This is to bring to your notice that one of sales employee of eureka forbes limited has visited my place for selling of dr aquaguard magna machine hd ro.in nov'2018. And with his promise of after sales service & offer of provogue watch which will be delivered after approx. One months time post delivery of machine. After agreeing terms with your sales employee mr. Aayush jain[protected] we have ordered the machine which got delivered by 20th nov 2018. While even after 9 months time we are yet to receive the watch which was promised to us. This is really unprofessional approach & misleading to the customer. I have called him number of times & also sent whats app messages but no response from his side till today.

                          Hello,

                          I paid for amc for 2 years, and when the product was not working the next day itself, i repeatedly tried calling your service person (The number given for contact), the service person never came back and kept forwarding to another fake number. I mentioned to your eureka forbes customer support team also, and they mentioned there is no amc for your product. Felt like cheated by your service person for about rs. 9000+. So i had to stop the cheque given to service person.

                          After several repeated customer care calls, every time the service person came, he further damaged the product (Water purifier), damaging the motor, damaging the filters, and finally, they kept avoiding further fixes and stopped coming. I had to get my water purifier fixed from outside by paying an extra rs 5000/-.

                          Now your service person is threatening to enter my house and thrash my product. This is extremely unethical and abusive. Instead of talking he hanged the call. Such an unprofessional behavior needs to be fixed and moreover i will now be filing police complaint against this service person and also against eureka forbes.

                          Just wanted to notify this to eureka forbes in advance. I know they will not do anything to fix it, just further harass the customer.

                            I have placed a service request to the customer care executive over phone and they have arrange the local representative from aqua bio care (Erode). The service representative has addressed the complaint after 1 week and replaced the ro kit & assured 1 year warranty for the same but after 10 - 15 days the ro has failed to process inlet water and the same has been complained to both the representative & customer care executive before 2 weeks, till now no one has neither attended the complaint nor gave any proper response for it. The representative named vinoth never attended the call after replacement of the kit.
                            We as a consumer purchase branded products expecting good service, but it is not even upto the fair service.

                              Today aquaguard service engineering visited chandra psd chettri for my purifier maintenance, [protected], he only show the eureka app on his mobile phone but not his identity due to net issues. He had cut some wire inside the purifier, the problem has been increased more. Now more time required for filtration & abnormal sound are arising, the engineerer told that the sound will remain same, please look in the matter unless i will take the help of consumer court, as since last 2months the aqua guard person are cheating us.

                                With utmost grievance i am writing this complaint to you, mam our customer id is [protected]. We have taken a water purifier magna uv model in 2016 from eureka forbes. Mam i am very upset to say that my mom mrs chandrika nair on whose name had received a service call from your eureka forbes executive last week and that to after 9 o clock at night as she being a lady was scare to pick up the call so i picked up the call just to know that the call is from eureka forbes service executive for maintenance. When i questioned and argued him about the call timing he spoke to me in bad language and threatened me of cancelling the maintenance thing. I fail to understand that a reputed company like eureka forbes does not have a control on its executives how to treat their customers and is this the way eureka forbes take care of thier customers. Mam i also have a connection from lg wherein i havent faced any such problem. Would really like to know which executive had been my service was assigned and would like discontinue with your connections if it is like this just writing this mail to make you aware what is happening within the company. Just want to let your service executive to know that he was lucky enough that i didnt go to the police station

                                    My service request number was [protected] initially and then changed to [protected] on 23rd.
                                    The push pedal of the tap of my water purifier was broken since 20th august. 21st morning was the first time when i registered a complaint by calling their customer care number [protected]. After that, since yesterday i called more than 10 times on the same number, emailed deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in but no still attended my service request.

                                    Every time i called their customer care, i got exactly the same scripted response but no one bothers to escalate or sort out my problem proactively.
                                    On 22nd i got an sms that a technician (Umesh r [protected]) has been assigned who never responded to my calls.

                                    Whenever i gave poor feedback after talking to the customercare representatives, i got a call from another customer care representative asking for the reason for my dissatisfaction. I tried explaining my problem there also but they also seem to have scripted response without any intention of solving my problem.

                                    I told them repeatedly that i am not able to use my purifier and i have no other alternative source of drinking water in my house. Everyday i had to borrow water from my neighbours or buy bottled water.

                                    Not only this, in total i have spent at least 2 hours talking to their customer care without any result.

                                    Even if i told them about going to consumer forum, nothing changed so far.

                                    Eureka forbes has outsourced their product servicing part to 3rd part agencies.in my case the agency involved is [protected]@eurosmile.in. These agencies are absolutely inefficient and doesn't seem to have any sense o[censored]rgency or least bother about customer satisfaction.

                                    I am absolutely frustrated and clueless now and don't know when my complaint will be serviced.

                                    Please help me to sort out this issue by taking this matter to the concerned authority.

                                      My product amc is being done on february 2019 but till august no technician will be visited on my door step. This is suppose to be very negligence. After a long time yesterday on 23/08/2019 a surprising technician visit my door step at last a technician will visit my door step. I have drunk dirty water till last six months so far.                                         My aqua guard (Ro) is not operational since from last six (06) days, technician mr devram sambhaji khandare visited my house on 19th aug 2019, he said adapter is not working and at present it is not available, it will come in two to three days time, then we will put it, the aqua guard will be operational.

                                        Six days has been passed nothing has been done, and here my whole family is suffering without drinking water, for drinking water we have to beg to other houses and other family friends.

                                        I have done the amc also for two yrs w. E. F. 28th feb 2019, after doing amc my self and my family is suffering lot, then what is use of doing amc, so don't try to fool public in the name of amc. You send your technician today itself and made my aqua guard operational at the earliest. I don't want my family should suffer any more in this regard.

                                        Now, my humble request to you, please expedite my service request at the earliest and my aqua guard (Ro) operational today itself.
