Eureka Forbes — Customer Service - Vacuum cleaner repair

We had submitted a request to repair our Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner. A Eureka forbes employee/engineer came to check the vacuum cleaner and said that something is wrong with the Power switch of the vacuum cleaner. It has been 3-4 months and instead of following up on our request he had left the vacuum cleaner open (screws and sections) and never returned to repair it or bring the new switch.
