I am writing to complain about the defective installation of my Aquaguard water purifier at my residence on 17.03.2025 cost Rs21999/-The installation was carried by technician, but within week machine was not work properly . Mr Rajnish Patel who was installed the purifier after complaint to him, he had changed the one filter but after next day again machine filtered the hot water and continue water leakage since then, the purifier has not been functioning properly.
There is continuous water leakage from the unit, and the filtration process appears to be irregular. Additionally, unusual noise is coming from the machine during operation. This clearly indicates improper installation or a possible defect in the product.
Despite contacting customer care service several times, the issue has not yet been resolved. We have contacted to Mr Abhishek Patel supervisor eureka forbes kolar branch Bhopal but yet problem in not resolved even one more executive visited our home and told for change filter which is chargeable, As this appliance is essential for safe drinking water, the delay in addressing the problem is causing significant inconvenience to my family.
I request you to kindly arrange for an immediate action replacement or refund of the defective unit at the earliest.
I hope for your prompt action in resolving this matter.
