Incident: I had purchased a Eureka Forbes Dr. Aquaguard Nrich HD UV Purifier about 1.5yrs back. It worked fine for 1 year with periodic servicing (Initiated from my end as Eureka Forbes people dont care for the customer once product is sold). After purchasing AMC the nightmare started. AMC was taken on 5th Oct. 2021 and is valid till 4th Oct. 2023. The purifier stopped working a number of times and the technician had to be called. Once they come they do something it works for 1 week and then stops working again. Attached are the complaint requests. The last complaint was registered on 28th June 2022 and escalated twice as technician has not visited. Till today 7th July 2022 the technician has not visited. We live in Jalgaon and we still have to boil water to drink inspite of having this costly Water purifier.

Desirable solution: Returning Water Purifier and getting refund as the company is unable to repair the purifier and has caused too much pain for the family.
